All terminals were turned off for some reason. A queue gathered, but no one took orders. There were two girls on the counter who didn't pay attention to the guests at all. It was clear from them that they had their own atmosphere: a turnip with mats was playing in the institution. We stood for a couple of minutes hoping to place an order, saw their indifference, sluggishness and untidy appearance, and immediately stopped wanting to eat and give you a chance again. Literally every time you go to have lunch there, you see dirt everywhere, untidy tables, garbage everywhere, trash cans clogged to the top. Toilets are not cleaned regularly, there is no soap in the dispensers. Self-service machines often do not have check paper. Well, at the checkout they will definitely forget something and will not put it in the order. Perhaps this is due to an acute shortage of staff, there may be another reason.
