A good point. Just teach the staff how to cook and not keep French fries and meat products heated. Sometimes the potatoes are sluggish, and the legs are the color of oak bojaki, although freshly cooked ones are always light.

I visited KFC at the Crystal Mall. The first location of the food court is good. You come, you have a choice. But in the case of Crystal, the choice is not great, only KFC and some kind of shawarma really weighs a sign about the discovery of something else. So KFC is ok. However, the beer was warm in the first order. And now there is a special offer when buying a bucket, you are offered to buy a bucket for 6 rubles. Which is subsequently given a 30% discount. But you need to come with this bucket. This is certainly a tin. The order sign is not working and you need to announce the order number. Yeah, you can lose your voice in a whole shift.

The first KFC in Gomel!
Everything is like in all KFC - delicious chicken in a branded version))
Located on the second floor of the new mall CRYSTAL in the food court area. There are a lot of people, orders are given in different ways, some in a couple of minutes, and some had to wait 20 minutes.... I hope the long wait is a temporary problem. And so everything is fine, another KFC on Sovetskaya Street should open soon. 😊

It's amazing that I hear and read so many negative reviews, but people still go)
It is understandable, there is not much choice in our establishments.
Compared to the same Burger King, KFC lags far behind. Both in terms of quality and service. My son loves it, sometimes we come in. His favorites: ice cream with French fries (exactly together). And every time they don't put something in. Then one napkin, then bacon, added separately, for 50 kopecks.No, then there are no spoons to eat ice cream. It's not good. I think it's not worth talking about expectation / reality, everyone saw everything for themselves ...
And it's expensive, even despite the coupons =/

We made an order and waited a long time, it turns out that it was not prepared at all, they came up and asked in the end, when they made an order, they did not report one position, they returned to us and gave us what they did not report.
The French fries were drizzled with a strange sauce and sprinkled with caramelized onions... why is not clear ... the potatoes had to be thrown out altogether because of this.

This was the first one in our city, the excitement did not subside for a long time. The food court is large, the supplier of chicken is a local producer. Not once in a while, of course. It happens that the chicken is too fat, and the oil drips. Sometimes the potatoes are barely warm, not at all salty and not crispy. And it happens that everything is hot, tasty and in moderation.
Sometimes they forget to give out a drink, but antibacterial napkins should be given out for free at such a time.
But the employees, of course, are heroes, they experience such surges and tear off their voices...

Ordered on May 14 with home delivery. We ordered for the whole family, my husband is a lover of spicy food, me and the children are not. My husband ordered a spicy basket. We took cheeseburgers NOT SPICY for ourselves and the children!!! As a result, the children did not eat, and neither did I.The chicken in the cheeseburger is salty, it is not possible to eat it dry. Money is wasted, everyone except her husband is hungry. Two days ago, I personally went to the KFC on Sovetskaya Street, ordered a shefburger (like), the children and I ate and everyone was satisfied. And this time the horror is terrible!!!!

As I understand it, you can't expect decent service in our city! Three times in a row, instead of 9 strips, they put 8. Apparently, there are serious problems with mathematics. I made an order for a cheeseburger + bacon for 50 kopecks and asked to add it. The cheeseburger is cold and dead, from the word absolutely and bacon is something. Photo attached))))) an employee of the KFS convincingly assured me that this is how much they put bacon for 50 kopecks. This is a failure! I will finish my trips to this institution.
