The worst point of the CFS of all where I have been, which is based, apparently, only on human laziness (laziness to cross the road to another normal CFS).
Something is always wrong: the order may lack an entire item, undercooked meat, or almost no breadcrumbs. It always took a very long time, today the staff were chatting with their friends, who blocked the entire delivery counter, and it was impossible to approach it))))) when my order was ready (20 minutes later), no one said the order number and it just stood there and cooled down until I came over to check if it was my order)))
In short, it's better to go through the transition to a normal CFS, or eat on the spot, so that at least you can present it, and you will be reimbursed. Because when you take an order with you without checking, then you can't do anything, everyone doesn't care about complaints.

I like this place, as well as all KFC cafes in Minsk. The prices are not sky-high, the menu is suitable for adults and for children (although the only alcohol that is on sale is beer, but French fries and chicken legs, wings, fillets are not bad for it). In general, I can't write anything negative about these cafes yet. Employees, mostly, as in M&D, are young people, so maybe the queue at the checkout may not move as fast as if there was an employee with experience, but well done, they get old and I've been to these cafes more than a dozen times and never made a mistake at the checkout! There is no reason to take away a star yet, at least one!!

I'm giving this place a chance again. I work close, it's convenient to run in sometimes. I swore I wouldn't do it anymore. The second floor was closed. It is dirty both in the hall and in the toilets. There are no people, there was 1 in the queue. I made an order through the kiosk, there was no one in the kitchen. Then a girl came and walked around the kitchen looking at me. I picked up the potatoes and put them on, I didn't touch the cooking of the burgers. I had a fight with a colleague who came and began to collect the order. I waited 15 minutes for a bun and potatoes. The bun was finally made by the same girl..still looking at me.
The burger is cold...the whole tomato was just lying in the paper...There's a lot of cabbage.
