The KFS on Sovetskaya Street, in its first year of operation, was excellent. The food was fresh and crisp. I had to wait, but it was worth it. Currently, no institution is worthy of 5 stars. As for this particular CFS. Recently, they have begun to over-salt the breading, it is already impossible to eat. I would give 3 stars for that... I hope the extra salt will be removed from the breading (M.B. already🤷).

After that, the toys that were put down were not reported. The faucet is not working in the toilet. Wash your hands. The readiness monitor is not working. We also waited for 2 burgers and 2 fries to be ready for 20 minutes. In the burger king, when loading orders 40-50, wait 30 minutes. And here are 2 orders and 20 minutes . About vegetables, I don't say anything at all - it's not even saving... but I will come on purpose and make a "test purchase". They will redo it for me and, I believe, for everyone present. I don't think that such coincidences in different places and with a big time difference are just for me.

На машине делал заказ - два бургера и фри. Окно оплаты не работало, оплата производилась в окне выдачи заказа. Заказ выдавали на парковке для ожидания заказа (вместимость на две машины, третья если станет, то перекроет движение для остальных) В итоге один бургер не положили. Отстоял 5 минут. При мне принимали заказ с другого авто, видя, что я стою и звоню в звонок и стучу в окно. В результате проверили пакет, чек и быстро принесли недостачу, хотя готовность всего заказа приходилось ждать. Сервисом остался пока недоволен, заеду как-нибудь ещё. Еда как еда, не пережареная и не сухая.

Решили посетить с детьми KFC ближе к дому, но нет нормального подъезда к заведению, стоянка далековато, зал маленький, но места были. И вот может руководство увидит мой отзыв по поводу сайта "ЗАЧЕМ ОСТАВЛЯЕТЕ НА САЙТЕ АКЦИИ, КОТОРЫЕ УЖЕ ДАВНО ЗАКОНЧИЛИСЬ???" Это не удобно, хочется зайти и сразу увидеть действующие акции, а не те, которые закончились месяц назад и более

И так посещал данное заведение не один раз и после последнего раза очень противоречивые выводы. Первый раз заказывал крылья, это было на второй день после открытия и акция на крылья 2 по цене одного. 1. При заказе аппарат не выдал чек, как оказалось это не единоразовая проблема и чек этот аппарат не выдавал мне никогда. Хорошо, на второй и последующие разы я к этому был готов и фотографировал номер заказа.
2. Ждал заказ минут 25-30 обидно но сбросил это на аврал первых дней. Кстати мой знакомы крылья ждал на 5 минут дольше меня.
3. Экран готовности заказа висит для красоты и номера заказа отображаемые на нем никак не соответствуют процессу приготовления и т.д.
В следующий раз все было точно так же за исключением лишь времени, заказ отдали за минут 10 максимум, что немного добавило балов.
В последний заход заказ состоял из чизбургеров и картошки. Готовили его 25 минут! Чек ожидаемо не выдал аппарат. Заказ какое-то время висел на экране потом пропал, после уточнения ответили, что заказ в работе. Ладно, ждём и наблюдаем за процессом. Люди по ту сторону стойки вообще не двигались, тараканы под дихлофосом веселее выглядят.
Так же интересен процесс выдачи заказа. Девушка замученным голосом пытается докричаться до посетителей, что заказ номер 237 готов, неудивительно, что она замучалась, экран ведь не выполняет своих функций. Подходишь говоришь, что это твой заказ и тебе его отдают просто веря на слово, ну а как ещё? Чек аппарат не научили выдавать.
В общем заведение званию "ресторан быстрого питания с мировым именем" не соответствует вообще ни разу!
