You may get the order mixed up and instead of coffee you will receive a glass of boiling water (they will justify themselves by saying that the order was collected by an intern).
There are no complaints about the quality of the food.

Food: I tried a cheeseburger, a longer, nuggets, and took a sanders basket, which included: potatoes, strips, legs and wings. Everything was fine with the basket, everything was fresh and hot, but with cheeseburgers, nuggets and a longer, not everything is so clear - lotteries, then cold, then some, as if not fresh.
There is a smell of grease in the room, and this is more a problem of the layout than the staff.
That's what does not please, these are often overflowing trash cans and untidy tables, perhaps I want too much from the Borisovsky Kfs, but somehow I happened to see a case that the trash is so full that boxes and so on are lying around it, and trays are filled with the same packages, you involuntarily wonder: "how to get to this
P.S. Tables and chairs are not teeming with dirt and grease, sometimes there are either traces of drinks, or crumbs, a trifle, but it's unpleasant, but if you ask them to remove it, they never did.
The staff themselves are mostly friendly, polite and if something happened to the order or something is wrong, they will always help solve the problem, at least they did not help me. The main thing is to communicate with them normally, they are also people and work in an area where it is very difficult when you are rude. Patience and strength to the guys.

Upon receipt, I stood for another 5 minutes waiting for the employee at the checkout to personally hand over the order to his friends and at the same time insistently clarifying "how are they doing"! After trying to make a remark, the staff either turned away or pretended that everything was fine. Considering that the assembly of the order took more than 30 minutes, so they did not assemble it in full, I had to make one more remark about this. Unwrapping the order, which was taken "on the spot", it turned out that the potatoes were cold, and did not taste fresh in preparation. There are no napkins, no tubules were given. After all the above, and at the same time observing the employees, it seems that they live their lives, and come to work for entertainment. The quality of service in Borisov in relation to Minsk (2 out of 10). There is no desire to visit such an institution anymore!

I do not like to argue and swear, I am absolutely picky. But... the attitude towards the customer is a separate conversation... when buying yesterday, EVERYTHING was sooo sharp. Although it was ordered for a child. To advise - right past. One sauce was not reported, although we paid for it (there is a receipt). I do NOT recommend it!
