Service. In the dining room with an angry cook, you will be served even better. And the whole tree of problems is made up of maintenance. The staff receives money for no clear reason. Talk to friends who are sitting at a table when orders are coming and going? Or for the slowest possible work on shifting a piece of cardboard? Unclear. This implies the waiting time for the order. Waiting 20 minutes in an almost empty place is a novelty for me. Well, I waited, took the order, and then there are new problems - food. A conditional burger. Firstly, it is cold, and secondly, Russian roulette begins. You will be stuffed into this unfortunate burger with either almost nothing (eat mostly a bun), or over-salted chicken, or both. Don't expect anything else. And then we got to the place itself - its cleanliness and neatness. You should not look at the shell, at how it looks from the inside, it is better to look at the inside. And there everything is as you would expect from everything I have written above. The floors are dirty, the water from the toilet, at the time of my visit, decided to escape somewhere, the screens of the self-service counters are stained, the tables are dirty. And you see, I would close my eyes to these screens, tables, toilet, I'm not very picky, but this is the work of the staff, and it leaves much to be desired. And like the cherry on the cake, this is a special guest of the institution - a street bum who slept so well at their place. In short, save your money and time. Go somewhere else, but definitely not here. Most likely, you will be disappointed.

At the exit, we got sharp strips, not salted potatoes, and eerily sharp wings. We didn't add two sauces and sugar. And in addition, two completely different coffees, with one glass full diluted with water and the other half empty. Let's go figure it out. As it turned out, we hid the sauces, drank the coffee, bit the wings and decided to return (they took the knuts to the child without looking, he bit, almost broke his teeth on the bones and then they were soldered off because it was very hot from the sharpness) As a result, a spoiled mood for the rest of the day. It's just a terrible place.

Disgusting! The waiting time was 25 minutes! The hall was empty, they arrived 40 minutes before closing time. They forgot to put potatoes and sauce, cola and milkshake, napkins were not put! I had to go to them and demand all this. Not only did they not give something away, they also put the original box in a huge bucket for Sandra, instead of two strips they put two bytes, which is absolutely not commensurate! And the nuggets reminded me of the sole! Which eventually had to be thrown out because it was impossible to eat. The leg was completely black and terribly salty. Their cheeseburger turned out to be funny in general: instead of mustard sauce and ketchup, strips, onions, cheese and pickle, they put two pieces of bacon, some kind of chicken cutlet and a couple of pieces of cabbage. We ordered food on the spot, and they put it in a bag for us. What was delicious was a coke and a milkshake! Approaching the employee to clarify how long we still have to wait, he said that we need to wait another 6 minutes due to the fact that everything is over and is being prepared anew. The only question is: what did they cook????? The mood is spoiled, it didn't work out well to eat. I do not advise you to go there and I will not appear there anymore! If it were possible to put a minus, and not one star, I would definitely put it.

We made an order at 22.29, reminded ourselves several times and received it only at 22.53. initially, we were not given potatoes and 1 sauce, nor were we given the drinks that were in the order (0.5 cola and a milkshake). There are many questions about the dishes given out: the burger was cold, there were no vegetables in the cheeseburger and there was a cutlet instead of chicken fillet, there were 2 bytes in the spenders box instead of 2 strips, the nuggets were all like old, dry and tasteless. It's a pity the money spent. The staff of the institution practically did not respond to the comments, we did not receive any apologies for what happened. Do not come to them closer to closing, they absolutely do not want to work normally.

I unpacked and everything fell apart, I'm not saying that the product was cold yet. I asked an employee to redo it for me, they redid it and nothing changed except cheese, instead of three they put two, also glued together. In general, the institution forgets many times to put sauce and potatoes in the order, and sometimes they completely confuse orders and give the wrong thing that they ordered, and they have to go to the cashier and ask to be redone. I do not recommend going here, there are CFS where the quality of their product is much better.
