It's very nice and pleasant. Very clean and tidy! The assortment is standard for KFC. They cook quickly. They communicate in a friendly way. There weren't many visitors when I came in.
The review applies more to the entire KFC network as a whole, but since the food takes place mainly in this institution, therefore I am writing here. There are practically no complaints about the quality of products and their preparation, with rare exceptions, sometimes there are legs with blood under breading, but what is truly amazing is the portion size, which has halved over the past year. (We are talking about a large basket of sharp wings). The fact is that I've been buying a big bucket of wings every Friday for a year and lately I couldn't figure out what was wrong with them. It seems that there were 26 of them and there are still, but! it turns out that the portion of these wings a year ago was 1.2 kg, then decreased to 740G. and now it has become 650 grams altogether. That is, in fact, it has almost halved. That's the answer to the riddle of why they couldn't handle a bucket of three before, and now they can only order it for one (which most likely I won't do anymore). It was natural to expect that the price would rise, and it increased from 23.5p to 30 (at the moment), and it would be fine, but if you consider that by cunning manipulations the portion was halved, and the amount remained the same, so consider that for the same volume a bucket will cost now in 60 rubles. I'm not calling anyone to anything, but personally, I don't set foot in KFC anymore, although it's delicious. At least until the crafty marketers bring back the previous portion size. (this applies to almost the entire menu). I am attaching screenshots.

I made an order through the app, at the appointed time. I made the order, paid, it remains only to come and pick it up. As a result, the order came at the appointed time and was not even collected yet. As a result, I waited for the order for 20 minutes, was late for work and was reprimanded by the boss. Thanks to this shift, I would not have ordered it.

40 minutes waiting time for an order, in the evening in an empty restaurant. French fries, as if they were kept in a plate of salt, it is not possible to eat them. A burger with a broken bun, which all fell apart after removing it from the package. Included with these coupons in other restaurants, they always put a fork separately, of course they did not put it here, I definitely do not recommend it, if there is an opportunity to get to another KFC restaurant, then use it and get there.
They cook quite tasty, a wide variety of choices. But there is one big BUT - this is a sooo long waiting time, sometimes you have to wait for 20 minutes and this is not the limit. Therefore, if you see that there are a lot of orders in the queue, it is easier to split the order in half, i.e. to order separately what is simpler and what requires more assembly and cooking time.

I was in this pseudo-restaurant on 06/8/2022 at about 20:00. I ordered two positions, took the order with me, looked around where to sit down: I was thinking! There is dirt everywhere, the tables are not cleaned, crumbs and garbage on one, someone spilled a cocktail on the other or someone "threw up", as a result, he stood at the wall waiting for an order, about 10-15 minutes!
Arriving at the institution, I waited for the employee at the checkout for about 3-4 minutes, having received the order in a paper bag, it was not even wrapped, just an open package. The question arises: is this really a fast-food restaurant??? Slow service, dirt and long wait!
Why do most KFC restaurants have some kind of discipline and order, but this is missing here? I was in this place for the first time, at this address, but unfortunately also the last! Management, please take action, there is clearly a need for normal shift managers or the head of the restaurant himself.
