Terrible service. Even when there are no people at all, you will wait 20-30 minutes for your order. There are a lot of workers, but no one does anything. There is also no way to approach the cash register for questioning. Today I wanted to go for nuggets and a chickenburger. There was neither one nor the other. The question is, why are you open at all if the most standard food is not available?

We went with my wife for the interest of "a new place, let's go take a look", while we were standing behind the checkout, someone wrote in a complaint book about the quality of food, we were wary) but there are no complaints about food, it even seems delicious (because we visit bystropite a couple of times a year, we don't have to compare much) that the hall where you can sit is on the second floor with a rather steep staircase, which in my opinion is a minus. There were only five people in the hall at 7 p.m. on the weekend, it pleased me. But the whole impression was ruined by an employee who walked around the hall unable to find a place, then for some reason took a broom and a dustpan and began to sweep the floor (on which there was no obvious dirt with an unarmed eye), but it would be fine if he did it somewhere in a corner, but for some reason he came up about a meter or two from our table, picked up the dust, I had to tell him that he was doing garbage, and mb should get out at the end of the shift when there would be no visitors in the hall so as not to eat dust? somehow, we didn't go there anymore :)

During the entire period of operation of this particular institution, I ordered food there 10 times by car. They didn't put it in 3 times, I waited for 20 minutes 5 times, but the last time I ordered a large potato and a chickenburger, respectively, the potato complex turned out to include two sauces to choose from, which they didn't put in me again. No one gave me the check. The amount came out at 13 rubles. 10kop.I found an underinvestment already at home - I called, they apologized to me and asked me to stop by for sauces and also promised, as an apology, additional potatoes with sauces. I decided to go again because of the free potatoes, it's good that I live nearby, but they just gave me two sauces, said "sorry" and closed the window) I will NEVER visit this place again, and I will agitate all my friends and acquaintances for this and ask them to write reviews wherever possible. It's not about money, not about fuel, not about time, but about the fact that once again they said one thing, at the exit another. THE PRICE DOES NOT MATCH THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED. If it doesn't matter much to you, you can spend an extra 5 minutes, but quickly and reliably have a snack at McDonald's, which is very close if by car.

After contacting the sellers, they could not explain how it happened ..... the only thing they said was that whoever prepared it took it with the wrong tongs.
