Recently, I was with a colleague at this KFS, ordered original boxmasters through the kiosk (they come with hash browns), took the order and saw that they did not make original ones, but special ones that come with rustic potatoes inside. Moreover, they did the wrong thing to me and my colleague. The quality of the potatoes, as usual, is disgusting. I also periodically come here during lunch and every time I notice how much the kiosks slow down, and it seems that they are not washed at all, not to mention disinfection (in fast food this usually should happen once an hour). Not only do they slow down, but it also feels like the layer of dirt that is on the screen does not even allow you to choose a position normally. The service is just off the hook. It seems that you work in the city center, but the attitude of the restaurant itself towards visitors leaves much to be desired. Even those restaurants that are located in other areas of the city have better service than your restaurant in the center.

I visit rarely, 1-2 times a month, almost always to take away. There are no questions about food, but to the staff regularly. They confuse the rolls, out of 3 times that they ordered, they gave out the wrong thing 2 times, you only find out when you return to the office. Well, do not unwrap the rolls in the hall upon receipt?! There is no section on the site for such cases, there is no way to attach a photo in the feedback form, there are a lot of gestures to leave a comment, then they call back from the restaurant and ask the same thing a second time.
The order terminal does not regularly issue a receipt, then the tape is over, then there is a breakdown, how can I then confirm what was in the order?

We made an order for a coke and a chickenburger (minimum), we waited for the order for 15 minutes, given that there was no workload, two employees went back and forth and only talked (a guy and a girl).
