When boarding 1/3-1/4 of the hall, the waiting time for twister and Cola will be 40-60 minutes (they said after payment). At the same time, the kitchen is bursting with food, orders are waiting for about 6-8 and everyone complains that they are waiting a long time. As you might guess, the institution works for delivery services, scoring on customers who came to them. I just don't have the words. How can you wait for one coke roll in KFC for 40 minutes? It's a shame for the whole brand, I think. If an institution does not digest so many orders, it must stop orders for delivery services and first of all work with people in the institution.
