We came to Grodno with our family on vacation. The children love this restaurant very much and of course we decided to visit it and eat.
When ordering, the cashier stuffed extra extras into the burgers. I paid, and then I saw this mess in the receipt. I immediately asked a question, to which they replied that it could not be canceled. We took large deluxe 4 pcs. They put all the extras in each of them (cucumber, tomato, bacon and cheese), there are no questions. But why ? each of the extras is also triple in size in each loaf.The Coke was given the wrong one, although they asked. the cocktail was generally forgotten. I didn't want to spoil the mood for myself or the children. And other visitors.
I saved a receipt to write about this circus...
it's a pity..
After all, we were friends so much, now there is an unpleasant aftertaste

They started cooking only after 15 minutes of waiting, they approached the staff themselves and began to find out what was wrong with the order. Расположен в удобном месте, недалеко от центра города. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный.
Курица сочная, ароматная, с хрустящей корочкой. Картофель фри идеальный.

Удобное расположение, находится рядом с жд вокзалом. Всегда есть все в наличии. Иногда приходится долго ждать. хотя в заведении могут быть мало людей. Еда довольно вкусная и сытная. Но в последнее время начали пересаливать картофель фри. Из плюсов, могу выделить, что работает круглосуточно. В целом, рекомендую данное заведение для быстрого и недорого перекуса.

You can keep silent about the drunks who sleep at the tables there, and stink on the floor of the institution, this is already, as they say, a base, but at least normal food used to save. Verdict: never set foot there again.

Очень вкусно и в целом достаточно часто сюда захожу, потому что место в шаговой доступности от дома. Так что расположение прекрасное. Один раз, когда мы брали баскет с собой, его положили только в бумажный пакет, который почему-то не выдержал нагрузки и порвался буквально в 20 метрах от заведения. Было очень обидно. К счастью, теперь они упаковывают такие заказы и в пластиковый пакет (печально в контексте экологичности, но безопасно в вопросах кормления асфальта курочкой).

I looked at the receipt, it turned out that they just counted two potatoes for me, instead of one M (there were 3 positions in the receipt)
I went to the cashier with a question, it turned out that they did not even have such a position as "rustic M potatoes" on the menu, there is only one size
, I.e. in total, the cashier simply deceived me to sell two potatoes.
They did not want to solve this issue, they said that they did so because other visitors were asking to add more potatoes to the menu.
It's not the first time I've come across something like this, when they don't say something in this particular KFC to increase the check.
I am writing a review because it has already boiled over.
As a result, they did not decide anything, I have more potatoes than chicken and a spoiled mood due to the fact that I was deceived.

Стандартный KFC - ничего особенного. Время ожидания - такое же, как и в других точках. Еда - стандартно вкусная. Забежать перекусить - прекрасное место. Главный минус - очень маленький зал, очень мало столиков, поэтому лучше брать навынос.

Отдыхали с 1.01.23 по 7.01.23. Раньше тоже отдыхали здесь на рождество (три года назад). Нам очень понравилось. А сейчас видно явное улучшение: номера и сам санаторий подремонтировали, столовая готовит очень вкусно (раньше тоже было вкусно), много мероприятий для детей и взрослых. В отзывах прочитал о грубоватом персонале. Это возмутительная лож. Хочется поблагодарить весь коллектив санатория включая охранников и пожелать им и дальше поддерживать марку заведения на таком уровне. Приехали на шесть дней но кто хотел получили процедуры (массаж, ванны и грязи) даже без санкарты. Единственное неудобство это отсутствие чайника в блоке. На этаже он есть, но его постоянно надолго кто-то забирал себе. Большое спасибо за наш отдых у Вас.

The worst kfc I've been to, everything was very long, dirty, cooked, honestly if I wasn't very hungry, I wouldn't eat it, I don't know how many days maybe months they fried food in this oil, but the smell was just awful, the taste is even more so, I ate potatoes and then not to the end. It was not possible to eat it even hungry.

Удобно распожен, заказы выдают быстро. Мы всегда берём на вынос, помещение, где можно посидеть, маленькое, чаще всего места заняты. К еде нет никаких вопросов, все вкусно, хорошо приговлено.

Еду самой сети люблю, но именно это кафе не самое приятное для употребления пищи там на месте. Помещение небольшое и то ли из-за близкого расположения к жд вокзалу создается впечатление, что там не совсем чисто. Но возможно это мое предвзятое отношение, потому что я такого же мнения о магазине евроопт, где находится kfc. К слову брали там на вынос еду и с едой все отлично, а вот время ожидания было очень долгим. Так что лучше оформить заказ, идти совершать покупки в продуктовом отделе и потом забирать заказ, он как раз будет готов
