The strikingly strange behavior of the staff of the institution when showing the readiness of orders. The scoreboard shows that everything is ready, visitors come to pick it up, but there are no orders at the counter. Employees start collecting only when a visitor approaches them and shows them a receipt. As a result, a lot of people are waiting for delivery at a time when their "ready" order is actually just being assembled. What is the point of this approach? Why is this being done?
we ordered a basket of 28 wings for three, we expected to eat heartily, but no, almost all the wings (about 24 out of 28) were 2 times smaller than usual, of course that's not what we wanted when we came here
