Recently, they have started to mess up a lot, even when there are few people. They gave out absolutely the wrong burgers several times. If there is a young intern (of whom there are always a lot, since there is a constant turnover), then at least. Napkins? Well, you'll get them if you're lucky. The same lottery with orders. Either a hellishly hot potato, or so cold that you can knock on the table with it. It's the same with burgers.
As corny as it may sound, it used to be better.

I came to the KFS in the Diamond shopping center, saw a beautiful sign of Sanders fries, decided to order. Before ordering, I asked the cashier what kind of sauce is in this potato, because I don't like garlic. The cashier did not know the answer, and turned to the manager Ilya, to which he replied, "what difference does it make what sauce, it won't give you anything anyway, the sauce is called Sanders." How can you tell from this answer what the sauce is made of: sour cream, mayonnaise or some other kind? What does it include? No way!
After we took the order, we did not feel any delight from the potatoes: burnt, cooled small pieces of rustic potatoes, sauce in the middle and a pile of fried onions on it. I went up to the cashier to say that my order did not match the picture, to which they replied that "there will never be what is in the picture live." At that moment, manager Ilya heard this, and instead of settling the situation, he got in with the words "stir with a fork." It looked as if your manager wanted to show his superiority over the rest of the staff. I think this is not an acceptable attitude towards a visitor! The manager should resolve the conflict, not further contribute to it. Of course, we returned the "dish" for 5.50 to your employees, but we did not receive the money back for it. Thank you very much, but we won't go to your place anymore!

The burger was absolutely tasteless, although the same burger on Calvary was awesome. Napkins put two pieces. Obviously, this is not enough. The second time here in the evenings, the food is absolutely stale. They are asked to replace one type of bun with another, since the preparation of the bun will have to wait 8 minutes. It's a failure being a fast food place. I do not recommend it!
