I visited this institution in the evening, there were not many people. A manager named Nikita accepted my order, just a few positions. After waiting 13 minutes, I was wrapped with a cold burger and no less cold potatoes in a rustic way, the only thing from the order that turned out to be warm were cheese sticks. The hall is not cleaned, the tables are dirty, no one cleans the hall. I was disappointed to visit this place. I am well aware that this is fast food, but it does not fit into any framework.

Literally 15 minutes after we made an order with us at 57A Surganova Street (room 645 spicy basket L +2 sauces). What can I say - the service leaves much to be desired. Everything is sloppy, orders are not even packed properly, a crumpled open package is served, which stood the same way until we ourselves called the girl who came up with the question, what do you want? Then she just pushed this open package towards us. They don't give you checks! It tastes like rancid old butter. Disgusting. We're not coming here anymore. We always go to the KFS on Goretsky - there is no such thing, everything is fine.
