A terribly unpleasant remark, for which no one even apologized. Maybe we should turn out our pockets so that you can check if we stole the sauce? The most terrible service. Improve your order tracking system or train your memory, but blaming customers is the last thing.
Bottom line: not only are they constantly not reporting, they are also trying to accuse you of lying. Well, guys, this is too much. The institution should apologize for such mistakes (I'm already silent about some kind of compliment as an apology), and then there's such rudeness in the face.
