This is the worst restaurant I've ever visited. I'm not a fan of this type of cuisine, but my daughter asked me to go. After work (22.20), we placed an order, thinking that in 10 minutes we would eat. Let me remind you, I'm after work (I'm hungry). It took 20 minutes, then 30, and all the orders came out after us and the people left. As we sit, discontent grows. I looked out to see how the guys were working. Yes, I understand the evening and fatigue, but walking foot by foot, hugging colleagues and congratulating them on the end of the working day when people are sitting with you ... this is, of course
, dirt and crumbs on the tables, you can not sit at any table... As a result, there was a 50-minute wait, the manager (or the shift supervisor, I don't know, didn't introduce himself), sorry, "booty" to us - "yes, they will give the order now."... It's not much of an impression... I didn't go there and I won't go there.
And the director's advice is to pay attention to staff training.

I like the correct friendly staff here, and a rather neat selection of dishes.
But most of all, I like the speed and quality of the sealing, which is rare. I would have given more than 5 stars.

I decided to try a new line of burgers from KFC for the tower burger 1+1 promotion, they were so hyped on Instagram, and then there's the promotion. I ordered 4 burgers, the total cost was 19.80 the food was for takeaway. When I got home, I was immediately confused by the size of this burger, because the description on the site sounds like "Too tall to eat!" when opening the package, it turned out that there was no potato hash brownout. Product weight: 276 g. as a result, 202 gr. also, the bun was not toasted. I left a review on kfc.No response was received. About a year ago, I had exactly the same situation.
