Absolutely horrendous service. We arrived at 14:10hrs. Placed our orders at 14:26hrs. I got my beer after 15 mins had to ask to have the glass of wine for my partner. ZERO hospitality. The waiter, after asking after one hour for my food brought the chicken to the wrong table. Finally he brought the food, slammed it on my table and said next time you complaint about service, I’ll show you how Georgia treats complaints like he is about to punch me. I cannot believe this. One hour fifteen minutes for food and then threatening us to hit us. This place should close down immediately.
Oh and we were not the only table having problems. The table behind us wanted to get up and walk away as it was one hour and 30 mins since their food arrived.

An incredibly beautiful and atmospheric place! You can sit outside with a view of the city, or you can sit indoors in a cool interior. The food was delicious, we had salads, dolma and khinkali, we liked everything (ESPECIALLY DOLMA). And I also really liked the cappuccino, I didn't even expect it.
I didn't feel any bad attitude towards Russians, as they say in the reviews here, we were served quickly, despite the large flow of people, and we communicated very politely.
The prices seemed a little more expensive than average, but it generally corresponds to the place.
The staff has no problems with English skills 👌🏻

Very tasty cuisine. Beautiful presentation. I was very pleased with the salmon with black rice, it really is the perfect combination.
But the service is at zero. It feels like the staff doesn't really care about the guests. What they meet is so-so, what they serve is so-so. Each time, the waiters had to shout on their own to call and ask for salt (for some reason, it was not considered necessary to add it to the table initially).
In general, the place is nice, if you don't pay attention to the hostesses and waiters, but it doesn't really work out.

We were in this restaurant with a group, I was the organizer, thanks to Beka (our organizer) for recommending this restaurant, I really wanted our trip to have a restaurant that would be a little different from the author's cuisine and he recommended Keto Kote - of course it's special, everything was very tasty, very atmospheric, despite the fact that we were a large group from Russia - this, of course, scared the restaurant staff a little - but they did it with a 5-plus, well done!!! I didn't see any bias, everything was just fine. Thanks!!!

I liked the restaurant. At the back of the courtyard, so there is no street noise. A quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Soft music. I liked the surroundings. The dishes are very tasty. It was overshadowed only by the long pitch, we waited for more than an hour. The price tag is above average.
The menu is in English and Georgian. There is only one piece of paper and there are no descriptions of dishes or photos.

It is a good place, there is also a Russian-speaking staff, but it was comfortable for me to communicate in English. Clean, tasty, not fast (after all, this is a restaurant). Be sure to try their dolma, khinkali with cheese, a set of phali ... it's a delight! A very beautiful interpretation in the interior of the old mansion, many beautiful and interesting details. Service when and how: it all depends on the waiter and his interest in tipping 😄

I was here for the last time a few years ago, I wasn't particularly impressed, but it seemed atmospheric and sincere, so, being passing through, I didn't think for a long time and went straight to this institution. I was immediately annoyed that, if there were tables available, they sat me down at a large communal table in some kind of semi-closed room like a small banquette - maybe all the tables were booked, we explained to ourselves (we were alone). We took the order quickly enough, and soon a couple of men sat down at our table. After accidentally meeting eyes, smiling and greeting, I asked where you were from and answered their similar question. after a couple of minutes, they disappeared, and we were chatting about our own, but the receptionist immediately appeared, who began shouting in pure Russian that she strictly forbade communicating with guests at the common table (maybe she said it in Georgian). Everything turned from a controversy into a skirmish, and in order not to embarrass the visitors, they went outside. And then it started - swearing in pure Russian, accusations of all sins since the time of Peter the Great, calling the PSC and the police. My woman couldn't stand this whole circus and left, for which the belligerent administrator shouted at her as a person with low social responsibility, fortunately, the police arrived, who, of course, did not understand anything, and when I asked why they didn't want to let us back in, they said figure it out for yourself and we left, but before that, however, we were asked to pay for the order, and it turned out to be about 100 euros, the terminal was brought out to us and we paid in the presence of the police, although we did not receive it. After about fifteen minutes, I returned to the gym, and a package with an order was handed to me. After that, he was pushed out by almost the entire team to the sound of Georgian shouts - everyone was smiling and it was clear that this was not the first time this had happened here and was in the nature of an expected event, and perhaps the proposed program of the visit was to expel Russian speakers from the hall. Russian Russian, interspersed with obscenities, the receptionist said that her mother was from Ukraine (I also had one) and they didn't need our dirty Russian money (without offering to return it). - I was a Hungarian who paid euros for a second! I left the package for the cats and dogs under the entrance. In short, this is an animation for our money, and all this has the character of outright racism (as the hero kin-dza-dza said), encouraged by the owners within the framework of the institution's policy.

I visited this place on the advice of friends. I was very disappointed with the service. Of course, I had no reservation, but they didn't offer me a seat, and the staff didn't come over to take the order. I had to get up and ask to be served myself. It feels like if I come without an appointment, it means I'm not human :) I think if a restaurant positions itself as a premium restaurant, then the service should be appropriate. The only advantage is the delicious food, I have no questions here. But the overall impression is ruined.

This is probably the best place I've been in the last few years.
The food exceeded all my expectations - it is incredibly balanced in taste, texture, and serving. Rosemary bread (flatbread) was brought to the salad - straight from the fire.
It was +32 on this day, but the tables outside are shaded from the house and are located right under the trees, so it was unusually fresh.
And despite the proximity of the avenue on the map, you can't hear it at all, and you can admire the mountains and clouds passing by in peace and quiet.

The location of the restaurant itself is very beautiful, especially on the street, because of the location at the height of the roofs of the street below, air conditioning gives an advantage inside the building. The menu is in Georgian and English, the waiters did not speak Russian. I didn't order a table, because we lived downstairs, so we just went upstairs from the courtyard. Plus, the staff found a table right away. We ordered the most expensive dishes on the grill, the order was accepted, but after 10 minutes we apologized and said that one dish was in the stack, so we made another order. The wine was brought immediately, but the food had to wait an hour. At the same time, the grilled chicken turned out to be colder than the side dish, but it tasted bland, there was almost no salt, pepper, garlic. Considering the price of the dish, I was hoping for something more expressive. Maybe I was unlucky, but I won't go a second time.

They came, behaved kindly, greeted, communicated in English, the waiters did not even greet in response, passed by and deliberately ignored. The hostess behaved politely and showed which way to go, although in general they usually take you to a table. Well, all right. We sat down, took the menu and... nothing. We waited for 20-25 minutes and a waiter passed by us, who approached other guests checking if they needed something and purposely walked past us several times even when we politely called him. They got up and left.

A popular place in Tbilisi (and among the locals too). Five for the interior, three for the decoration. We waited for the dishes for a very long time, the finale was that one of the dishes (chicken), which we waited 1.5 hours for! They accidentally gave it to another table. And it wasn't even our waiter who realized this, but another one (ours only nodded to our questions about the readiness of the dish, that everything was in the process, everything would be soon).
The manager apologized, offered two free desserts or to remake the chicken (but we were not ready to wait another 1.5 hours). They agreed to desserts (especially noted by others), but the impressions of the restaurant remained ambiguous.

It feels like the guys have played too much in Michelin and, unfortunately, with a loss of quality. The food is all bland, strange combinations of flavors. We had dinner for two hours in the corridor with an almost empty restaurant, the hostess's job is like this)
Before there was an atmosphere of homely Georgia with fragrant lemonades and feasts, and now they carry bottles of cola and some stray tourists. We have discovered much more interesting places in Tbilisi

The worst service in my life. We were in the evening, the restaurant was half empty. The menu was waited for 35 minutes. The waiters ignore all the signs and glances, so I had to get up and go look for them all myself. I was with a small child and a Georgian friend. This has not changed the attitude towards us. A friend came earlier and communicated with them in Georgian while she was waiting for us - she was also shocked by the dismissive tone towards the guests, as if you were tolerated and not at all happy, all the waiters with mournful faces, then why work here if you are so sick of people?!
There were no dishes from the menu. The waitress spoke through her teeth, rolled her eyes, advised nothing, often repeated "I do not know", no hospitality, although the restaurant is expensive. Europeans were sitting next to us - exactly the same attitude towards them, we looked at each other in bewilderment.
Salad without dressing absolutely, for 38lari we left greens and cheese on a plate, waited for salad and soup for another 40 minutes. They asked for the bill 3 times, as if you were talking to the wall. This is simply unthinkable! We were so amazed that we did not believe that it was possible to actually communicate in this way.
We visited this place in the 19th century, it was completely different, both in terms of food and atmosphere. It's strange that the rating is still so high. This is a disgusting place! No beautiful interior saves him, do not waste time and do not spoil your mood!!
