I give 2 stars for the fact that the sea is clean, and nearby, and behind the cafe on the territory, we ate, it was delicious, homemade food, not restaurant service, but we didn't need it... for tomorrow there were 2-3 breakfasts to choose from... there was always some porridge, and then something else... there were scrambled eggs, omelet, casserole, pancakes, bread, tea, coffee...200 or 250₽
Lunch: 1 soup is different every day and for the second , or 2 side dishes to choose from,,, rice , pasta , buckwheat, and something , goulash, chicken, cutlets, pilaf (delicious) and in general everything was delicious and simple and not expensive,, 300₽, + kampot tea bread…
dinner, too, or what was left for the second course from lunch, and something else was being prepared, side dish and something else, too, 300rubles, we all ate, delicious, even buckwheat with cutlets the children liked, no one suffered with stomachs, thanks to the cook…

A small courtyard with 40 rooms, the rooms are small, but it's not cretical for us, we took air conditioning and water to wash from the sea and sleep, because at the sea, on excursions, MATTRESSES ARE ONLY SPRINGS, I was asked, they also gave me a litter, but it didn't help, that's all the bedspreads in the double saved the situation a little,,, THERE IS NO TV TK IN THE PHOTO! There are 4 dryers in 40 rooms, laundry is dried on the railing of the 2nd floor and who can where, for example, your underpants are drying, and a rag will be hung next to it, which was washed.,,,
In the evening, there is nowhere to see, 2 tables with benches that are always occupied by large companies, or in the kitchen,,,
About the kitchen separately…
The kitchen is in terrible condition, full of unsanitary conditions, in 10 years of working in the hourly sector, for the first time I met such a kitchen ... there are not enough dishes, it's been 10 years, it feels like what the owners don't need anymore, everything is there... not a single new pots and pans, 3-4 of them for all,.. people bought dishes themselves... the owners referred that everyone was going to relax and not cook, especially the cafe nearby . . . but it's expensive to feed 6 people with breakfasts, lunches and dinners, I can cook soup myself.... BUT SHE COULDN'T! tk there are 4 comforts and / or kettles for 49 rooms, if you turn on 2 kettles at once, the stoppers don't work, the stove doesn't work,... the woman waited 29 minutes for the eggs to boil, alas,... the frying pans in such a state, everything sticks to them, there were only 3 of them in black mold! Well, it's not too difficult to buy a couple of new pans, pots and planks for the season, there are no refrigerators in the rooms, they are shared.. someone will eat ice cream, then drink wine) in the kitchen, again, I'll look at 40 rooms, 5 plastic tables and chairs, half of them are broken,.. an animal feeder was built near the kitchen, it all turns sour in the heat, it looks like we somehow took 2 chairs from the kitchen to dry in the evening, so they made a remark to us,.. they say there is not enough for everyone, return to The place,,,, and what are we not people?! We don't have enough either! We just wanted to sit outside in the evening instead of in the room!,
The iron does not clean, is it difficult to keep track of one iron? I ruined my T-shirt and white dress, it wouldn't wash off!
ONE IMPORTANT THING, like a mattress on vacation, if you want to sleep on vacation, you won't be able to! The audibility is such, it's just the PTS,... from above, the dey were jumping over us until one o'clock in the morning, moving chairs, from the side, the neighbors were just talking in an ordinary voice, everything is audible,... from (in the morning, a small child was crying, so it says that children from 3 years old…
It is written on some of the pool sites, THERE is NO IT!
2 DAYS BEFORE THE VACATION, THE WEATHER TURNED BAD, THERE WAS NO LIGHT, THE GENERATORS WERE TURNED ON FOR 20 minutes, there WAS no wifi, there was no water (only cold while the generator was running... the air conditioner was not working,,, without water, without electricity, in the oven, without a kitchen, the refrigerators all leaked, the dumplings everything else..... we went to Adler,,, the money was not returned, of course,,,,
All the reviews were not long ago,,, the reviews are good, but in fact.... If you are looking for a pure overnight stay, the sea is within walking distance, then for such money you can.... Did I specify all the disadvantages..? I don't know... I indicated what we didn't like,... by the way, they gave it almost under the painting…

The best place to relax by the sea.
The territory is clean and well maintained, a very beautiful courtyard.
The room is spacious enough, clean, has its own boiler and its own well, so there were no problems with water.
There was a power outage a couple of times throughout the village (or even the district), but they turn on the generator, so they did not experience any problems.
There is a dining room, a kitchen for self-cooking, 5 refrigerators, 2 electric stoves, 2 kettles, all utensils, appliances. There is a barbecue area.
There is a karaoke bar just outside the territory, where you can also have a delicious and inexpensive meal.
Thank you very much to the hosts of the house, Wahid and Jamila, for their hospitality. We will be glad to return next year.

A wonderful, cozy place to relax. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the masses of people. We are resting here for the second year in a row. The owners are a wonderful family!
Pros: it is not expensive, there is a cafe nearby where delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners, clean sea, few people, beautiful sunsets every evening, it is convenient to get to Gagra and Pitsunda by car.
Drinking water in beauty, its own column, there is a summer kitchen where you can cook your own food.
There is a secret place abandoned nearby)
Clean air and water! A beautiful, well-kept yard with lots of plants!
Cons: it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city on foot, but it's hard in the heat, so we went in the evening.

I really like the proximity to the sea, there is already a beach outside the gate. There is a kitchen to cook yourself, dishes, appliances, kettles, tiles, microwave, and 5!!! refrigerators are more than enough! There is also a dining room. For evening leisure, there is a karaoke bar where you can also have a delicious and inexpensive meal and have fun.
The room is clean. There is a private well and a boiler, so there are no problems with water.
The territory is clean and well maintained, a very beautiful courtyard. Special greetings to the guard Linda
The hosts are very hospitable, always ready to help.

We booked accommodation in Abkhazia a long time ago, back in March, for August 23-30.08.
An option was found. According to the reviews, it's really good.
I liked the photo too
18000₽ prepayment for 3 days for 2 rooms.
The lesson is expensive, but now I firmly know what to look at carefully in the photos and what to additionally ask in advance.
The rooms are very small, with low ceilings
➖ There is not a single outlet near the bed,
In general, there is trouble with sockets. 2 per room and extremely inconveniently located.
There are no bedside tables either.
We must also try to approach the bed from the side, narrowly.
It's a small and very dark bathroom, where you can't even plug in a hair dryer, or turn off the light or the tank.
➖Do not put anything on the shelves, because they keep on their word of honor and on 1 bolt.
The sink is of such a size that it is difficult to wash your hands, let alone wash your face.
➖ There is only cold water in the sink
➖There are no TVs (to be fair, there are none in the photo either. I'm talking about where to look if necessary).
➖ The children's room was even more orphaned.
➕The conder was and worked (hooray)
➕➖The sea view too, but you won't look at it much, the headboard is just under the window.
All the little things, but very, very nasty.
Beating your buttocks with every movement is a so-so prospect for a week.
➖The kitchen for self-preparation is again stolen.
I don't know how they all fit in there, I didn't have time to try.
There are 3 plastic tables inside this covered kitchen and 2 slightly larger ones outside under the beach umbrellas. Technically, these tables are also places for gatherings in the evening.
➖ The water for washing dishes is also only cold
There is also a separate dining room, but it is rented, the food is strictly complex, with its own alcohol in no way. Again, technically, you can hang out in the evening for conversations and games only there.
We walk, swim, and get a little angry at the crowding and general inconvenience.
Payment of the entire amount immediately upon arrival.
It's also a good lesson.
Slow down and listen to yourself hard.
But it's a pity about the money. The prepayment will not be returned, but it seems like a week for us. And the difficult previous day also required just a rest.
The next day, at 7 a.m., the lights went out. I just had time to drink coffee (one of my whole family)
No light = no water, and no internet either.
We ate sandwiches with mineral water and went to the Ritz.
We returned after lunch. There is still no light. But it's raining, in which you can only sit in the room.
That was the last straw.
There is only 1 week of sea vacation per year. It is not interesting to endure inconveniences at all.
There is no joy, or even just acceptability.
And there are rooms in another area, half a kilometer away, with light, and much more comfortable. For the same price.
We decided to move.
And that's where hell started.
They were not going to return the money. Not at all.

I haven't heard such yelling and insults for a long time.
And I don't remember if it was directed at me, at us, at all.
The most harmless thing is:
"Everyone tolerates, but you can't wait! Be patient!"
Thanks to the police, they slowed down and tried to turn into a calm channel as best they could.
Honestly, I thought there would be a fight.
The result:
It took a long time and already without us (they left to pack things, it was just no matter for money) promised the police that as soon as they settled in our rooms, the money would be transferred.
During the "conversation", the emphasis was on our unworthy (?) behavior and how many people they turned down just yesterday because of us.
The figure floated from 25 to 100.
I still did not understand what the difficulty of returning the principal amount was then.
And what would have changed if we just didn't get there or turned around right before the payment.
The total time spent in the household is a day + 3 hours.
Men in the Caucasus believe the word more than pieces of paper.
He gave his word not to us, but to the police.
I managed to go and change into a military uniform with medals, etc.
My children, during our search for the police, sat in the room, watching how the members of the rather big host country pulled up sharply.
I never got the money.

We are going home by train and decided to write a review about our vacation in Abkhazia at the Kerim guest house.It turned out to be a great vacation, wonderful and good-natured hosts, they accept us as relatives, I did not want to leave. A quiet, peaceful place, wonderful sea on the first line. Thanks to Tatiana and Svetlana, who provided delicious food. I liked everything very much, I recommend it. We will definitely come back. Family guest house with beautiful fresh rooms, new mattresses, pillows , furniture . The beach is clean, umbrellas, sun beds - individually for each vacationer. Very sincere hosts . A very small and completely un-equipped kitchen with a minimum set of dishes, which is not enough for everyone. There are only two 2-burner electric stoves, 2 kettles and one refrigerator in the kitchen. And this is all for 40 rooms in which at least 80-90 people live. There is no kettle or refrigerator in the rooms. The territory is also small for such a large number of vacationers. The promised pool does not exist. But the worst thing is the regular power outage in the absence of a generator (4 times in 10 days of rest). Once there was no electricity from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and the hotel was left without air conditioning and water in 35-degree heat.

An amazing place to relax with your family, with children, and just the two of you. Quiet, cozy, close to the sea. On the territory of the cafe, where the prices will only please. A place to park your car, it's almost perfect. Its own well and the question of buying drinking water immediately disappears. If you want to ride a bike around the area, yes, please, if you want to cook something yourself, here's a shared kitchen for you. Well, the swing, the gazebo are already such trifles. And most importantly, these are the owners of the hotel, well, it couldn't be any other way, in such a wonderful place) We will definitely come on vacation more than once.

We rested at the Kerim guest house from 08/13/2024 to 08/24/2024. I'll start with our arrival, we had an evening check-in (night), the hostess Jamila Turtoevna gave the contacts of the driver who was supposed to meet us at the airport, but confused everything and as a result sent another person with whom we were wandering along Alakhadze half the night. The hostess met us at the entrance, the time was about 1 a.m., with the words, I QUOTE, "we pay 100% immediately for the entire period, I will not let you into the room on the threshold until you pay." And this despite the fact that when booking, we have already paid for 3 nights of stay! To the question, can I see it? "You can, but you won't enter the room!" Of course, we paid for everything, because we had children with us who should have gone to bed long ago! Read more about the room stock, which has seen views for a long time, the room is on the second floor, the toilet practically did not flush, the bed linen is not the size of the bed, you wake up on the mattress in the morning. The KITCHEN is a separate story, there is a very limited number of dishes for about 30 rooms, 4 deep plates, 10 glasses, 4 cups, and it is very difficult to cook during rush hour. Many guests, after looking at it all, went and bought pans, pots, plates, glasses all their own, and it was stated, by the way, that there is everything you need! Of the advantages: undoubtedly, the sea is very close! We would still come to Alakhadzy, but in no case to this guest house!

Rested in mid-September 2023.I'm thrilled.Quiet, cozy.The guest house is located at a distance from the main street (which is exactly 10 minutes away at a quiet pace), which pleases even more.Vahid and Jamila are very friendly and lovely hosts, and the daughters are just beautiful and helpers.I cooked myself, it's very convenient that there is a summer kitchen and its own dining room.I left with tears, I really wanted to stay.I hope to be back next year. The guest house is located on the seashore, 1st line, this is probably the only bold one)) plus, as for the rooms, there are a couple of bedside tables, a linen closet, and of course a bed (double), there is air conditioning, there is a very small table, well, a chair, preferably two, would not be superfluous, and most importantly, the rooms have a bathroom with a shower (boiler). Refrigerators, and all kitchen utensils, on the street, in the summer kitchen, where you can cook food, if you don't want to spend money in the cafe, which is right there on the territory (breakfast 200 rubles, lunch and dinner at 300 rubles per person), they feed well. Also, such a minus is that shops and other fruit and vegetable stalls are a kilometer from the house. In general, 3,000 rubles per day is more likely to correspond to reality.
