For the service - 5 stars....But I didn't like it, for the last time....When recording, they did not warn that they would call back and confirm the recording. On the day of the recording, it was a weekday, there was no opportunity to respond. My child was turned back when he arrived at the appointed time. It wasn't pretty and it wasn't ethical. Please, if you have introduced such rules, warn the client about it for a couple of months. And so.... I like everything
It was supposed to be serviced on 18.11.23 at 12.30 at Alesya's. I came on time. No one reacts in the barbershop. They greet each other through their teeth. Alesya was doing her client's hair, she didn't react to me. After 15 minutes of waiting, I was told that there was an overlap and there was another person in front of me. And I need to wait 20-25 minutes. Then another girl came out, did not introduce herself and began to assure me that she had called me. I didn't hear the bell. Was it really impossible in this case to meet me at the entrance and explain the situation? The staff does not know the words "sorry" and "please". The staff (Alesya) does not know how to talk adequately. The mood was spoiled. I had to look for another salon. It's a pity that this barbershop loses all the positive things that it once had and turns into an ordinary diner at the train station.
