We visited this store in September, chose tiles for the bathroom and toilet. I was pleased with the choice and price of tiles. There are tiles and from 12rub.for m, very good indeed. The girls help to calculate and there is even a design on the computer, this is very good for those who do not really imagine how the bathroom will look like in a tile.) We bought tiles on the porch, the manager met us, showed us everything, oddly enough, we chose everything in one place. In general, I liked the service, they prompted everything, placed an order and set a delivery day. A good store, clean and tidy and a good choice. Gomel Khataevich store 33a. It's a disgusting store. Disgusting attitude towards customers. As, probably, in the whole company. We visited this store on 04.04.2021. There is a 40% discount sign on the store itself and inside. The tile was selected, the project was printed, and the tile turned out to be just for the promotion. We didn't have the necessary amount of cash. The consultant girl issued a check and a reservation before 04/06/21 and assured us that this is the tile of the month, and the promotion is until April 30, i.e. the price will be the same for the whole month. We arrive with the money the next day on 04/05/2021 and .............our order is recalculated to us and it becomes more expensive by 200 rubles!!!! And this is motivated by the fact that today, you see, they recalculated something there....No one informed us about the price change, and even for such an amount! Has it suddenly become gilded? I've wasted my time and money that no one will give me back...and all for nothing... In general, these are the cases. I do not recommend it to anyone!!!!!The disappointment is complete!!!!!
