A great store, with incredibly competent staff. They will tell you, tell you, give you a touch, give you an idea. It is convenient to communicate via Viber. It is convenient to pay through the ERIP. As for the tiles, no complaints, the main thing is to clearly explain what you want. Separately, I want to draw attention to an obvious fact - this store sells wallpapers of exceptional beauty and quality. Yes, the store seems to specialize in tiles, ceramics and related products, but the wallpaper they sell is something, I recommend you try it!
Of the disadvantages, I can say about the warehouse. The location is good, in the city center, but it personally bothers me - when you get out of the car for goods and some strange dogs constantly run up to you, sniffing. You know what's on their minds, healthy or not. Perhaps they are guarding the territory there, I don't mind anything, but I would like them to be at least on a leash.

Добрый день. Я хочу поблагодарить Ларису Алай за ее грамотные действия при покупке керамической плитки в мою квартиру в Минске. Она помогла с выбором, несколько раз меняли проекты, в результате - плитку я приняла в Минске, осмотрела. Все в порядке. Время доставки четко согласовали. Считаю, что Лариса Алай -менеджер ответственный и внимательный. Из нескольких магазинов Витебска я остановилась на "Керама Марацци" именно благодаря прекрасному специалисту своего дела Алай Ларисе.
Также хочу поблагодарить компанию в целом за то, что логистика выстроена по-современному четко. Да,да. Есть еще большие компании с неплохой репутацией, но решить вопрос с доставкой в Минск товара (фабрика в Минске) не смогли и потеряли клиента.

I want to say right away that in this store we bought an incredible amount of tiles for a 2-storey house to our parents, we also bought plumbing fixtures. The quality of tiles and plumbing is excellent, there are no complaints, everything is always on time and clearly, according to aerobatics. Sellers Alexander Zaitsev (who now works in Minsk, but I hope he will read this) and Alexey Azarenok are simply the BEST in their profession!!! I bow low to them and our immense gratitude. In addition to the fact that a very pleasant relationship was immediately established with them, the guys know their field of activity perfectly well and will always advise how best, help with the choice, always in touch with any questions! I want to buy and buy from such people))) I'm serious! Thank you so much! I hope that we are not saying goodbye to you.
On this positive note, when the question arose about buying a small amount of tiles for an open balcony in my husband's house in Finland, I unequivocally said that we should go to Kegama Marazzi and take the tiles from there, because I have never met a better quality/ price and choice. In August we were in Vitebsk and came to the store. But Alexey did not work that day, we were met by Alai Larisa, and this meeting was our fatal mistake. It would be better to come back another day and continue working with Alexey. We explained the situation to her that we needed tiles for an open balcony - accordingly, as non-sliding as possible... for about an hour we walked around the salon choosing the most optimal NON-SLIDING tile options, Larisa showed us all the non-slip options. We chose a MATTE tile, agreed everything with Larisa, confirmed a hundred times which tile, placed an order for 700 rubles and happily went to wait for the order. It so happened that on the day of departure we were unable to pick up the tile ourselves, and check it accordingly. We understood that possible chips/cracks, as sellers warn in this case, are our responsibility. But we were ready for this, we took the tiles with a margin, taking into account the situation. As a result, we take the tile.. we take her 1000 km to Finland, unpack her.. and it's GLOSSY.... Glossy, Karl, on an open balcony. We look at the invoice.. And the invoice says Polished...
We were ready for chips, the color could have been almost the same, everything would have been fine and I wouldn't have written this review, but glossy tiles on the balcony, where rain and winter have been raining for 9 months out of 12???
We call with indignation to the salon, because we understand that 700 rubles flew into the pipe just, we are talking to Larisa, and instead of apologizing, admitting her guilt that she made a mistake when placing an order, she began to express her claims to us in response, how dare we accuse her... and to lie that we got what we chose and her fault is not there at all.
With such an attitude to work and to clients, I would recommend staying at home in retirement. Your mistake cost us 700 rubles. And judging by your response to the claim, you absolutely don't care how you do your job, that people are suffering losses through your fault... Therefore, I would really like the authorities to pay attention to this.
Finishing my long and versatile review, I want to say. I will definitely share photos of your wonderful tiles and plumbing in our interior on social networks, when our repairs are completed in Vitebsk, I will definitely return to your salon, because we will still need tiles on the veranda. But I hope that I will never see Larisa there again, because there is still no limit to anger and disappointment!
