On the second floor, wholesalers and retailers can be found relatively cheaply. Shoe sellers almost force you to go shopping at any cost and try to sell their goods to you. But mostly everyone is polite, and some are completely apathetic to customers.
The goods are different in quality, but this is a market and you can bargain there and look for options that suit you.
