I am extremely disappointed with the service and policy of this insurance company. I was prescribed important medical tests on the recommendation of the attending physician, but some of the tests simply refused to include them in the insurance case, despite the fact that they are necessary for diagnosis and further treatment.
This not only created additional financial difficulties, but also jeopardized the timely receipt of medical care. Such actions by an insurance company negate the meaning of health insurance: even if the tests prescribed by a doctor are not covered, then why do you need a policy?
I consider this approach to be unfair and misleading to customers. You expect that insurance will help, but in reality you are faced with constant refusals.
I do not recommend it to those who value their time, nerves and health.
The organization is good, but the specialists are not very good. Customer orientation is weak. They often tell the wrong thing, then no apologies, nothing, go to the legal plane - we don't owe you anything. So for payments - when making a contract - we pay within a few days - in fact - we paid compensation on the last day two weeks later. Customer data is entered incorrectly - they do not apologize or comment on their mistakes. I don't know how others work, but I don't want to work with these anymore.
It is convenient to get there, issues are resolved quickly and promptly, without red tape, they communicate kindly - only favorable impressions remained from the visit.
