We were in January, but in snowless)) The place is good, on the shore, a large area with a Playground, gazebos, swings; near the bus stop to Polotsk (we were without a car). The staff is very attentive. Delicious breakfasts, and, which is very convenient, there is no time limit. We lived in a wooden building, cozy with wooden stairs. It is convenient to have a shared kitchen. The room has comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, TV.
Cons: the bathroom has decrepit plumbing, a feeling of untidiness. The smell of the kitchen in the room (restaurant downstairs), thin tulle on the windows, which does not protect from light and Christmas tree street garlands.
Overall, it was very good, but we expected, according to reviews, more.

The hotel is at best 3 . The staff is slow, the room cleaning is not very good. If we talk about the summer period, then if sand accidentally gets into the room on the shoes, then it will be removed in the best case in a day. But, how to transfer the val point is quite suitable.

Awesome place, the rooms are gorgeous. They fully justify their rating of 9.1 from the booking. Fishing rods in the river, nice and friendly staff. Meals to choose from (average cost). Wi-Fi is free throughout the territory. A playground with a trampoline.

There is a place in Polotsk where you want to return) We stay at the Centaur again and are always happy about it. Nature, air, territory with playgrounds, descent to the river, and also a sauna and billiards))) the rooms are always clean and bright! The attitude is cordial! The hosts are great fellows for being able to create such an atmosphere👌😉

An absolutely luxurious place! It's beautiful, cozy, delicious, and warm. The staff is wonderful. Even when we don't spend the night, we definitely stop for a snack. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. I highly recommend it!
