A nice hotel complex with a magnificent view of the river. The territory is compact but cozy, there are many benches from which you can enjoy the view, there is a descent to the water.
We lived in the main building, where the reception is. We had our room category upgraded to standard for free, it was a pleasure)
The room is bright, clean, beautiful, everything is new. The only drawback is the lack of differentiation in the bathroom between the shower and the bathroom area itself. The current threshold is too small and cannot hold water, so it gradually flows out onto the floor.
Because of this, it gets very damp in the bathroom, and it's unpleasant to walk on water: it gets dirty right away. But this is a minor problem that can be easily fixed with a sealant.
The breakfast was a buffet. It was small, but there was everything you needed: porridge, fried eggs, pancakes, etc. Everything was delicious, the food was of high quality.
I recommend. The place is pleasant, with good service. If we visit those parts again, we will definitely stop at Centaur.

An amazing hotel. Modern, functional. We had a rest in August 2024. We took a suite on the third floor in a new building. The room is very spacious, with new modern furniture and very clean, overlooking the Western Dvina. The beauty is incredible. There is a huge, modern gym on the floor. All the rooms in the building were occupied, but there was no sense of a crowd. There are many gazebos with mangalas on the territory of the hotel, surrounded by greenery, where we fried kebabs. Going down the stairs to the river, there are sun loungers where I sunbathed and swam. We didn't eat at the hotel, but we could order food at the reception. A 10-minute drive away there is a White lake with white sand and clear water. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly. We had a great rest and there is a desire to visit this hotel again. I recommend it both for family holidays and alone.

We stayed at the hotel on the way from St. Petersburg to Brest, and were pleasantly surprised by the complex! We are traveling with 3 children, and comfort for them is important to us. Of the advantages :
The rooms are great, large, and clean. The linen and towels are clean. We booked a room with a kitchen, we were upgraded to a family room with a view of the river, without a kitchen, but large and in the building where the reception is, and it was a great decision! Because this complex has a playground with slides, mini football, air hockey, toys and even a playstation. There is a place for children to play after a trip in bad weather
There is a small kitchen for everyone, where you can warm up something or sit for dinner.
There is a Playground on site, everything is safe.
There is a descent to the river, in summer it would probably be great to sunbathe and swim in the river.
Great place, the staff is helpful - I recommend it!
We will definitely come again! I think it will be even better here in the summer!)

The hotel is, if not magnificent, then just great! A picturesque place on the riverbank, clean air. We rented a two-room suite - the room is wonderful. It's all clear. Spacious, bright, with new furniture, panoramic Windows, balcony, two TVs, a good refrigerator. They give disposable slippers, toothbrushes with toothpaste, a comb. There are several gazebos on the territory with a barbecue, a canopy, a closed house and swings. There is a river and a small beach below. However, it is necessary to go down a long steep staircase. There is a cafe where you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner. Novopolotsk is on the opposite bank of the river. In general, I liked everything!

Overall, I really liked it! The girls are nice at the reception! The room was upgraded in the category - thanks a lot too, although we only stayed the night and, in general, it was not important to us)
The room is clean and cool, which is great for a good night's sleep. The hotel has a beautiful view of the Dvina River and a well-maintained territory. There is a barbecue area and a children's area.
What I want to note with the note "improve": breakfast.
You can additionally order a la carte breakfast at the hotel - this is very convenient, since many guests stop in transit and go further so as not to bother where to have a snack. It costs around 15 bel rubles, if my memory serves me right. So - I'm attaching a photo of sausages from breakfast… These are the cheapest sausages that are simply inedible. There is no meat at all... a stray dog on the road did not eat - this is an indicator.
The solution to the problem: let the breakfast be more expensive by 2 rubles, but please put a high-quality product. I'm not taking off my star for this.
Well, coffee is grain (not soluble, which is already very good), but quite a lot of cabbage is added - it gives too bitter taste…
But the main thing is sausages!!!!) please 🙏🏻

A great hotel on the banks of the Western Dvina River. We lived for 1 night and couldn't use all the services. In addition to the hotel, there is a barbecue with gazebos closed, there is a sauna complex. High level of service, the kitchen is at a good level (we had dinner and breakfast). The main building has a shared kitchen with a microwave, a kettle and a cooler with drinking water. The rooms are very clean, good orthopedic mattresses + high-quality bed linen and towels add advantages to the overall picture.

They lived in a new building. Everything is clean , beautiful , comfortable , and what a nature around , just super ! What is not a little important for travelers with children is the presence of a children's playroom with lots of games and a good game complex. There is also a gym, a kitchen, a restaurant. A great view hotel with a beautiful view of the Dvina River from the window. If you are traveling from St. Petersburg to Belarus, and it is still sooo long to go, there is a reason to stop for the night and rest. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. My favorite place on the banks of the Dvina River, where we stay when we come to Belarus! The hotel staff is excellent, however, the people in Belarus are all sincere and hospitable. The girls at the reception were always ready to answer questions and advise. The hotel is located in a convenient location - if you travel by car, then this is just the perfect option. We stayed at the hotel in order to visit and explore the historical monuments in Polotsk and we succeeded, and in a very comfortable way: even at the hotel, the girls from the reception and the administrator told us where and when to go and where to have a delicious snack. The hotel has the opportunity to order breakfast in the hotel cafe in the form of a buffet. It can be very convenient (it was just a pity for the girl who is the only one working in the cafe: spinning like a squirrel in a wheel trying to keep up with everyone)), although she herself says that she is already used to this mode of operation). The hotel strictly observes the silence regime at night, which makes it possible to get a good night's sleep. You can actually go fishing on the territory of the hotel - it is enough to go down the stairs to the Western Dvina River, on the banks of which the hotel stands. In general, we liked it!! A very wonderful place! We lived in an improved double room. Fresh renovation, new furniture.Shower and toilet are combined. The plumbing is in good condition. Linen, towels are not washed.Wonderful landscapes around..River, forest!! The territory is well maintained, there are places, gazebos for barbecue. We will definitely visit Centaur on our next trips!

The Centaur Hotel, where we stayed while traveling in Belarus, left a very pleasant impression. The rooms are spacious, have everything you need, each room has a loggia where you can relax, a comfortable shower cabin. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated. It is located in the suburbs of Novopolotsk, in a very picturesque place, on the banks of the river. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, all in flowers, equipped with gazebos for relaxing, swimming in the river. The hotel offers many additional services. I liked everything! The building is new, the rooms are in perfect condition.
I was accommodated in a family room with one double bed and one child's bed in an alcove. A balcony with a table and chairs, a mosquito net on the window. The room has air conditioning (split), the bathroom is excellent. In winter, the room is warm and the hot water is uninterrupted. The Internet is working fine, the TV is big with IPTV Zala.
The hotel is located on the birch of the Western Dvina - it's very nice to go out and observe the beauty of nature from a height - and this is in this snowless winter! I can imagine the beauty here in summer and autumn!
Well-maintained territory, plenty of Parking space. When we were leaving, I noticed a gym on the second floor).
The cafe is standard. We were offered one of three breakfast options to choose from. It's a bit expensive for my taste, although the prices are more or less the same as everyone else's.

Centaur is a unique place, you need to come here at least for a few days and see everything with your own eyes.
We liked everything! The staff is all very friendly. All issues are resolved quickly and with a smile. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be ordered at the cafe.
The rooms are very cozy and beautiful, the furniture looks like yesterday from a store, the bed linen is like at home) Towels are changed every day.
The territory is amazing, flowers, greenery, barbecue areas - everything is perfectly thought out so that everyone has a place and no one interferes with anyone.
The use of the gym is included in the price. It's huge, there are a lot of simulators, there are all the most necessary ones. Everything is working, everything is in excellent condition.
Well, the Dvina under the windows is, of course, the cherry on the cake) You can sit for hours at the pier, listen to the birds and enjoy the views) You can lie on the sunbed, swim, fish)

We checked in late. About one o'clock in the morning. We settled in very quickly and in a wonderful room. We were very pleased. Room with balcony, lots of wicker furniture. It was very cozy there. The plumbing is new, the linen is clean. We felt at home. There was a refrigerator and a table with chairs on the balcony. One big bed. It is very important that there is a kitchen and also with a balcony. Spacious with dishes and everything you need.
The territory is generally above all praise. Greenery and lots of flowers. River views, gazebos, playgrounds, even a trampoline. In general, it is a pleasure for families with children.
Breakfast also deserves special praise.
In general, of all possible balls, I put the best one. It is definitely worth staying there, and not for one day, but even for a week.
There's even a rope park and a ship with a telescope. And clean green grass, in which various fabulous characters are sitting. The kid will like it. There is a swing and a slide.
The price is not high. The staff is wonderful.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It is conveniently located by the road, but there is no road noise. Reserved directly through the website with on-site payment. The hotel is large, located on the riverbank. It's probably especially nice here in the summer. The hotel has two buildings - old and new and there are gazebos closed along the shore for feasts. We were in the off-season, we were accommodated in the old building. An absolutely Soviet-style room with very tired colored bed linen. The mattresses are not comfortable. Our room was a family room. The bed is huge and plus there is a children's bed in the niche, where two tomboys can comfortably accommodate. There is an enclosed balcony with a table and armchairs. There is a kitchen on the floor, you can take dishes, there is a kettle and drinking water. There is a huge dining table. You can cook or reheat food. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, there is a large Playground and even a rope park. Everything is clean. There are no foreign odors. The room itself is large. There is a TV and a wardrobe. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, it is paid separately. You need to order it the day before. One breakfast includes two dishes, for example, cheesecakes and an omelette, it is enough for two. Lovely polite staff. But they don't offer help with luggage. Minus one star for the mug that the child broke and we honestly said about it and asked if it was necessary to pay, said it was necessary and took 150 rubles. And this despite the fact that accommodation is not cheap at all for a roadside hotel.

Nice hotel. The room is clean, the shower has everything you need and of course a stunning area with an incredible view! The location seems to be out of town, which gives the impression that you are in the woods, but the city is 3 minutes away by taxi
There is no water, kettle, etc. in the room. There is a kitchen on the floor, with water, kettle, microwave and table. To be honest, I don't really like that. I think that a couple of bottles of water can be put in the room... Well, even if it's for money. Because in the morning or in the evening, it's not very convenient to wander around the floor in pajamas. But this is not a huge minus, now in many hotels in Belarus for some reason it is so🤷🏻♀️

It's a wonderful place, we stopped by on the way home to spend the night. We were checked in in a couple of minutes, the room is clean and spacious. The area is well maintained and pleasant. Breakfasts are just fire, huge portions. The TV is working, there is Wi-Fi, towels, hooks for them in the bathroom. There are screens on the windows, even an air conditioner and a refrigerator in the room. There is also a shared kitchen where you can warm up food or make yourself tea.
If you really find fault, then I didn't like the smell of water in the shower and in the faucet. But I am sensitive to odors, it was not difficult for me to brush my teeth with drinking water.
Another plus, there was an instruction on how to switch modes in the shower. In general, we were satisfied.
