Very cool camping. It is located on the first line (i.e. on the shore). The living conditions are good even in standard rooms. Everything is new: furniture, walls, floors, linen. There is an air conditioner. The territory is gorgeous, well maintained. The beach and the sea are probably the best in Sedovo. There is a toilet and a hot shower outside (for standard rooms), but this is normal in summer. The superior and deluxe rooms have a shower, toilet and kitchenette in the rooms, but I haven't been there, I don't know. You can even rent a tent.
The prices, of course, are not small, but if there is no desire or opportunity to go somewhere far, then this is the very thing.
In general, I highly recommend it.

The campsite continues to be rebuilt, so it is noisy and the constant presence of builders does not add comfort.
The inconveniences are, of course, temporary, but they do take place.
The tap water on arrival had a strong musty smell, two days later the smell disappeared.
Garbage bins near the houses are not cleaned promptly, which is why flies and wasps accumulate in and around the bins. Residents, of course, should not throw leftovers into bins. There are big green tanks for this. But you can't catch everyone by the hand and teach them, especially since vacationers have paid money and it's easier for the administration to take care of garbage collection several times a day.
Mosquitoes are a nightmare and a horror! Someone will say that this definitely cannot be influenced. However, it is possible, at least, to provide residents with some means of protection (sprays, for example), in cafes and in crowded places, special spirals can be burned, for example, etc.
