The rooms are clean, warm, and inexpensive. All the staff is polite. Everything is at hand, shop, exchanger, cafe,hotel, laundry, very convenient. Unfortunately, the kitchen has changed, they used to cook better.

I really liked the place, stayed in a suite, the room is clean and spacious. A very comfortable bed. You can exchange money at a good rate at the hotel. The dining room is delicious. There is also a store where you can buy both ordinary goods and gift items. The staff is very helpful and polite. Next time we go to Kazakhstan, we will definitely stay with you!

This hotel is on a very good level. Inexpensive and delicious food and excellent rooms, I really liked the 2-room suite.I often travel from Samara to Astana and always book rooms there.
