You definitely get what you pay for. An excellent team, delicious meals, entertainment and activity areas with plenty of options, a wonderful facility surrounded by nature... It has taken its place among the rare places that I would say I will come again.

I'm staying at the hotel with a 13-year-old child.
Pros: the service in the restaurant is excellent. The tables are quickly cleared and served. The waiters are very pleasant and helpful.
The dishes are clean.
Food for 5+. Even higher. There is always an abundance of fruits, fish, meat, poultry. No matter what time you come, there is always a full range. What is over is immediately brought back. They work until the last guest.
Animation: on 5.
Pier and beach: above all praise. Clear. They clean it all the time, throughout the day. There are enough sun beds.
The territory is small, but very green.
The staff is generally friendly and helpful.
Minuses:
Number of rooms: three plus. The rooms are very small and old. I had to change the room due to a poorly functioning air conditioner. But the number was changed without talking.
Room cleaning: none. It feels like they're just changing towels and that's it. The floor is dirty. The disposable slippers we wear in the room are black with dirt.
The pros outweigh the cons. I recommend the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel from October 4 to October 13, 2024. A very cozy, family-run hotel. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, so even in the hottest time of the day there are many shady, cool corners. The hotel is stylized as a Turkish village, all buildings are 2-3-storey. A beautiful big beach. There is a large pier where you can sunbathe, and children and adults are happy to dive from it. The purest sea. Very tasty and varied food, there is a diet table, for breakfast porridges beloved by many Russians-buckwheat with milk, oatmeal. There is an entertainment program every evening. If you want a relaxing holiday, like in the country, you are here. We met a lot of people who have been traveling to Ulusoy for many years in a row. Once you get here, you fall in love forever. We highly recommend it and are already planning a trip to this hotel next year.

We had a family vacation (husband, wife and child 4.5 years old)
Pros: very beautiful green area
The hotel is in an authentic Turkish style
It feels like walking through a small green village in the heart of Turkey
That's probably all ... we really wanted to go to this hotel as it is a very beautiful green area and Kemer..
In general, the hotel is a solid Turkish 4ka, not 5ka
Shower accessories are very cheap and obviously heavily diluted
The food is varied, but no frills
There is no children's animation, only the children's room works, it's not bad.. there are a lot of animators and they constantly occupy the child with something
In the evening, either music or dancing (amateur)
And the biggest disadvantage is just the cardboard numbers.. the audibility is simply unthinkable... the hotel will try at 6 a.m. and you can hear everyone, it's just terrible!
For me, this is unthinkable on vacation, because I want to get enough sleep…
As many people wrote here... the hotel is not bad, but I don't want to go back for once 🤷♀️

Great hotel! Keeps the brand. We were here 4 years ago and went again. Very pleasant, green, in the pines. Very well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly. Delicious cuisine. It's not a problem to feed at 1 year old or at 10. The food is almost around the clock.
The room is on the 4th floor, but everything works, it's clean.
There are a lot of waiters in the restaurant - they clean dirty plates right away. They are taken to a common gathering place. No one is rattling dirty carts with you. There are no queues, there is more than enough food.
The location is convenient 40 minutes to the airport.

Not a bad place to relax.
There are many entertainment programs for both children and adults (for example, table tennis). On site you can find bars, a gym, two lawn tennis courts and a water park. The food is GREAT, everything is delicious! A live orchestra plays in the evening.
Of the cons:
1. Most of the rooms have not been renovated for a long time.
2. After lunch, garbage washes up on the shore.
3. The Wi-Fi in the room does not catch.
4. The territory is small. There's nowhere to walk.
I would recommend going to this hotel. You will definitely rest in it.

We were a company at this hotel in August 2024, the territory is not large, a lot of greenery, everything is within walking distance, the food is excellent and varied, the beach is convenient, you can always find places. For entertainment, it is more like a family hotel, at 12 a.m. all bars close, the disco ends. But the animation runs from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. A great kids' club, a 7-year-old girl was with us and she liked everything.

We had a rest from October 1 to October 14, 2022. Location, beach, food, rooms, territory-everything is fine! It's very green. Everything is delicious. We had a vacation with family and friends in 2023. I ate at a good level. A lot of beef, mutton, fish. The only place where there was something delicious there were queues. And in general, the area where the dishes are located is not very large, compact. There are many tables outdoors, there are indoor ones. It's more comfortable outside, there are a lot of flies inside. Everything is standard for Turkey in terms of drinks. The room is super small, the four of us live very closely. The territory is well maintained, there is a lot of vegetation. The water park is far enough from the shore, it is not convenient, while the ice cream is only there. The sea is pleasant, the approach is smooth.

I spent 10 days at the hotel in July, overall very good.
The territory is small, all built up with small houses, and all in trees.
The hotel itself is not new, and probably used to be number 1 in Kemer.
My score is between 4 and 5, but I'm leaning more towards 4. Why? Explanation below.
Of the advantages:
1. Delicious and high-quality food, always a wide variety. There is even buckwheat porridge, which is rare abroad. Fresh fruits are almost always available. Fish and meat are always in stock. In general, a solid five.
2. The hotel staff. We are always ready to help at the reception, there is always a Russian-speaking employee. I really liked the waiters in the restaurant - no pathos, but friendliness and a sincere desire to help, clear the table, move the tables.
3. Quality shows in the evening. I'm not a fan of animation, but the performances are really on the level.
4. The sea is here without explanation.
Minuses:
1. A small area - there is no free space, everything is occupied by something. There are no lawns in the shade, no places for walking.Even yoga classes are held under someone's windows.
2. There is no more or less large air-conditioned lobby. When it's hot, there's nowhere to read a book or watch a movie except in the room.
3. The common problem of all hotels in Turkey is loud music until 23:30 or even until 24:00. Some rooms can be heard even with the windows closed.
4. Slightly outdated numbers - not everything works,
Overall, the hotel is good, at 4 plus.
But I wouldn't come back here a second time.

A cozy club hotel for families with children, very tasty food, well-groomed territory, two swimming pools, one of them with slides, 5+ room service, the staff is very helpful, ready to help. The cuisine is varied and of high quality. The beach is sand, the sea is pebbles. There are also sun loungers and a bar on the large pier.
In the evenings there is a children's disco and various shows. After the show there is a disco for adults.

An excellent hotel for a family holiday, food for every taste, excellent animation, there is a mini club for children, inside games, master classes, there is a children's room, slides and a sandbox on the street. The cozy streets of the hotel and corners for a quiet time with a book and a cup of coffee, and there are a lot of greenery around. We really want to visit this hotel again next year.

It's not a new hotel , it 's a compact area , but you can always find places near the pool and on the beach. There are also no problems with seats in the restaurant (we have a company of 7 people - 2 tables nearby were found without problems in August ) . The alcohol is great , the cocktails are delicious. The kitchen is gorgeous- there is a large selection and everything is delicious (beef, lamb, there were crayfish ) There are a lot of fruits (besides the classics there were. Peaches, figs, grapes , watermelons , melons ) all fruits are sweet and delicious. A great children's "home" as the children joked. Both for crumbs and for teenagers . There are a lot of kids . I definitely recommend it. The entrance to the sea is flat , the beach is sandy . Sun beds under awnings . The staff is polite. I recommend the hotel.

It was in July 2024. It's very much like a family hotel. The food is very tasty, there are many staff, almost everyone speaks Russian. As I understand it, many guys go on a business trip from Central Asia to work here.
The territory is not very large, but it is very green. There are also countless cats walking around the hotel, which behave like owners. :) For children there is a separate club with animation, plus a children's pool. Water aerobics and other activities are held daily in the large swimming pool. In short, it's suitable for family vacations.
The beach is great, the sea is perfect. The approach is smooth, no holes on the bottom, etc. There is also a huge pier with sun beds and excellent diving conditions.
Now about the cons.
Tourists from different countries, including Turks themselves, rested at the hotel. And they really like to smoke. They smoke both on the beach and in cafes. Despite the fact that there are no smoking signs everywhere, this did not stop them.
Other than that, I didn't find any disadvantages. I didn't see any promised cattle. :)

I'll give you a five, because in general, we had a great rest at this hotel, even considering that there are small disadvantages because of which I won't go there anymore... And so let's go:
The food is an awesome choice and variety, the booze is local, but high-quality, wine, beer, cocktails will definitely come to you, but there are no waiters in the restaurant and no one will take care of you, if it's important to anyone;
The territory is surrounded by greenery, like in a jungle, it's very cool;
The service in the bars and the hotel staff are friendly enough, they speak Russian, there is no discomfort and you will not have to remember the basic English course at school;
The rooms are quite shabby, colonies of small ants live in the bathroom, try not to take them with you to your homeland when you return. The bar was refilled only once upon arrival and that's it. The room is cleaned every day, which is not bad;
The beach has its own sandy beach, and the pier is just a buzz, sun beds and umbrellas in sufficient quantity;
The Internet works stably throughout the hotel and on the beach and on the pier, there is no point in using local SIM cards if only an Airallo E-sim for 5-10 GB can use the Internet outside the hotel (20 GB was more than enough for me, taking into account the distribution without restrictions);
Animation for children is tolerable, everyone's faces were happy, but for adults it's boring, every three days a repeat, which is absolutely not interesting, happens much better.
If there is anything else you are interested in learning, ask questions, I will try to answer.

A super hotel, in terms of price and quality, the second time we had a vacation with our family.
Check-in is clearly at 14 where requested through a travel agent, the cleaning is good on time, the beach is beautiful (for those who love pebbles), the food is also at a high level, food in bulk, variety in everything. The territory is well maintained, lots of greenery. Recently, many hotels in Kemer and the surrounding area have been renting (getting worse) but this is not about Ulusa, the first time was in 2022, the second time in 2024, in my opinion it became even better than it was 2 years ago!

Very cool! I wanted to come here and I got here. An extraordinary place of paradise. The room is small but cozy. They are fed, the food is varied, the grill is outside. The hotel is good for those who have never been to really good hotels.
The pros are a good choice of food, green pines on the territory, the territory is clean, responsive staff, the beach is also not bad.
Cons- small rooms are killed, the furniture is all stained and dirty, it smells of mold almost everywhere (they changed the room 3 times), in the evening the noise from discos from neighboring hotels, there are rooms that border on neighbors and in them audibility is like at a concert, in the evening before going to bed it is torture. The territory is very small, there are practically no places where you can retire in the evening, sit. The furniture in the common areas is also dead.

I had a rest with my children during the autumn holidays, I was in Turkey for the first time, I had only pleasant impressions. And although the hotel closed on November 3, and gradually became less crowded and quieter, the restaurant, bars, and water park were open all day. On October 29, Republic Day was celebrated with flags, songs and a great lunch and dinner.
The hotel is very attentive to the requests and questions of guests, Alyona and Elena were always ready to help at the reception, at the request they moved to a quieter room, helped with calling a taxi.
The hotel is very green, with manicured lawns, flower beds, shrubs and trees. There are many places to relax on the territory (benches, swings). Very friendly cats. The guests at the hotel are from different countries: Germans, Poles, British, Ukrainians, Russians and many Turkish families.
The rooms are small, but clean and cozy, located in two and three-storey houses on colorful streets. The quietest are pink and beige, but no one can guarantee that noisy neighbors with a column and cocktails will not come across.
Restaurant: the food is varied, delicious and fresh, there is a diet table, grill, fast food, there were enough tables even on days of maximum occupancy, you can sit both outdoors and indoors with air conditioning.
I won't say much about bars, I didn't have a chance to go into them, but I didn't see dissatisfied people, cocktails and other drinks are poured into glass glasses. There is a children's bar where the bartender, who understands Russian, is a very friendly guy, treated the kids with milkshakes.
Few people swam in pools with cool water at the end of October, as well as in the water park.
There are a sufficient number of sun beds and awnings on the beach, they rested more often to the right of the pier, it seemed that there was a more gentle and clean entry into the sea than on the left, where the boats descended, although at a depth of about a meter there were already large (10-15cm) pebbles. There is sand on the beach itself. From the pier you can dive to different depths, near the beach there are cabins, shower, toilet.
There is a mini club for children and animation (inactive), there were evening shows too.
Not far from the hotel we visited the Goynyuk Canyon, went there immediately after lunch by taxi for $ 10, back for $ 12, there for $ 25 per person we took a boat ride, a very picturesque place, it was comfortable to walk at this time of day.
Near the hotel in the village (10 minutes on foot) there are pharmacies, souvenir shops and grocery stores, they paid in dollars, they received the change in dollars, you can ask in lira, but be careful with the course.
I would love to return to this hotel, but the price is rising.

We are probably spoiled by Turkey's hotels. We drive two families without children. This hotel is from the category of "good, but I don't want to go back." I'll start with the numbers. We read reviews, "Small rooms, with an old renovation." We'll survive, we thought. In fact, we were settled (as a married couple) in a room of 8 sq/m. There is no closet, a couple of hangers. In the shower, my elbows were hitting the wall to wash my hair. There's not even a place to put the suitcase. There are no bathrobes, hair balm, body lotion... (Paid for the standard room) They complained about the reception, and after a couple of days we were moved to better rooms. More and with all of the above. The territory seems to be large, but the bungalows have a balcony to a balcony (somewhere there is none at all) Ok. The hotel, keep in mind, the contingent is mostly elderly people, around you are grandparents from Europe. Plus, there are no screaming children. The downside Is Boredom. (Maybe that's how we got to the end of September). The territory is huge, there are many places of locations, cafes with sweets and coffee, hammocks, armchairs... There is a place to relax, read and many people have played board games. The sea (like the whole of Kemer) is clean, transparent, calm) the beach is pebble-sandy. But there is a huge pontoon with sun loungers, where you can sunbathe in peace and enter the sea from the stairs. Minus- many people occupy it in the evening and you just won't get there. The food is very tasty and varied, basically like most hotels in Turkey. Beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, dorado, sea bass, salmon... In this hotel, they close their eyes if you take anything out of the restaurant (fruits, food, sweets). The staff is all Russian-speaking, cocktails are delicious in bars, ask for Red Label whiskey by the pool, it is there, but without specifying, they pour local. We were not very impressed with the animation. But.... This is purely my opinion. We met people there who came there for the seventh time. To each his own🤷♀️

We had a vacation with a friend at the end of October .We chose this hotel based on reviews. We were very worried, because we used to prefer large hotels and territories. But Ulusoy conquered us with its compactness, abundance of greenery, coziness, a chic pier, excellent food and very, very friendly staff! The girls at the reception are responsive and pleasant! We were so lucky with the weather, the sea, and the people we met! A wonderful hotel, we will definitely come back!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in early July. I liked everything! The beach is clean, the food is 100 out of 10, the staff, the contingent, the animation - everything is fine. I especially noted how the whole hotel has built an ecosystem around trees, which perfectly save from the heat.
The hotel is for a family beach holiday. A lot of Turks with their families also choose it, which for me is an indicator of good service, since the locals choose it themselves.
The only questions I had were about the rooms and cleaning. Yes, the rooms are not super fresh for renovation. Cleaning for some reason does not wash the floors 🤷♀️ Otherwise, everything is great!

A wonderful hotel!
One of the first on the way from Antalya airport to Kemer. It is stylized like old Turkey - very beautiful. Three-storey houses - each room has its own entrance. Each room has a small balcony with a swimsuit dryer (a small one is for two people to sit; those who have a room on the ground floor have a terrace with a table instead of a balcony). The food is very tasty, while the schedule is arranged so that you will never stay hungry. If the main restaurant is closed, then a Turkish cafe is open from morning to night, where any tea and any coffee are served, bars with gozleme tortillas, donuts, ice cream, etc. are open. There are a lot of seals on the territory - but mostly they are timid, few people let them iron. There is a beautiful pier with sun beds, the beach is pebbly, so it's better to have aquashoos with you so that you don't accidentally get hurt and feel comfortable.
If the departure is early, then they do not give food with them on the road, but you need to have time to come to the restaurant between 0 and 6 o'clock, there will be a "night breakfast". The restaurant is closed from 6 to 7, so if you leave for an excursion at 7 a.m., it is better to take care of your breakfast in advance.
There is a gym, sports grounds, a small water park, entertainment programs, especially for children. There is a hammam and paid SPA treatments.
It's a very nice place. If you go to Goyniuk (Kemer), then you can definitely go there again.

The hotel is super! Overall, of course, about 5 stars! But if you look into it in detail!:
1. What the real 5 stars are for is the food! Divine! It is always delicious, a lot, for every taste! But! The waiters are slow, and dirty plates can stack up on your table!
2. The beach. Clean! There are a lot of trash cans, they are very often shaken out! So in general, it is very pleasant to relax! A huge disadvantage is that there are few sun beds! If you don't come at 7 in the morning and don't borrow, you'll get a lot of stuff! It was very annoying!
3. The sea! Every day there was so much dirt being washed up as I had never seen before! Then she disappeared somewhere, of course! And the next day she appeared again!
4. Room cleaning - for 3 days! They just rubbed the bedspreads beautifully! We broke the glass, I cleaned everything as much as possible, but - I found the fragments that were not found at first, one at a time during the whole vacation in different parts of the room - this only means that the floors are not cleaned! Although the towels were changed every day! This is a plus!
5. The staff is, of course, very polite!
6. You are stunned by the prices of the souvenirs and entertainment offered))) but if you accept this and take it for granted, then you can ride a banana and a jet ski, a parachute and something else!
7. Animation - undoubtedly 5 stars!
8. It is very pleasant to walk around the territory! There's shade everywhere- it's not hot!
In general, they probably collected enough for 4!even 4+!

We rested in June for 11 days . The food is excellent , we liked the location , near the Village of Goynyuk. The reception is always ready to help with any questions. The Internet is weak and there is no connection in the rooms. Be careful when choosing a room. There are very small standards if there is a spoiled vacation for three people ( two adults + a child ). The tour is expensive from Moscow. Buy from coral agency, they have a bonus program and early bookings. Since the price does not match the quality of the rooms. The rooms are old and the furniture is too. The territory is good and the animation is good too. We liked the rest at the reception, we were changed to a comfortable and large room with access to the terrace on the 1st floor. Thank you very much for the attentive attitude towards the hotel guests. I recommend the hotel .

Warm, clean sea. High-quality, tasty and quite diverse food. A large selection of high-quality alcohol from Europe and England, delicious beer. Black (rather dark) coarse sand was brought to the beach. There is a pier with umbrellas, sun loungers and a bar (coffee machine, cold beer, nuts). In the evening, animation for children and then for adults. The beach bar makes cocktails and a large selection of alcohol, there is tea and coffee. Ice cream with a dozen flavors. Everything is fully included, you do not have to pay money anywhere except for a hookah (25 euros). There is a children's playground with animators. Special classes and entertainment for children. The staff is friendly and many speak Russian. The rooms are well-maintained with air conditioning and relatively small (there are 2 rooms). Of the minuses, I will note the narrow streets between the houses. It's difficult, but you can separate two people. We have been there twice and plan to come again.

Beautiful beautiful green area, excellent Russian-speaking staff. Good animation for children and adults. A variety of food. There is no separate smoking area on the beach and in the restaurant. There are a lot of options for entrances to the sea . But the room stock is not very good . oak mattresses and pillows, cracks in the doors and there are almost no shelves for small things like socks, underwear, and a swimsuit. Instead of a bedside table, just a small table without a drawer. The balcony comes across as tiny. Drying clothes is difficult.

Hello everyone, I am writing an honest and objective review of this hotel, I will try to take into account all the pros and cons in order to help others make a choice and be ready for this:
I'll start with the pros👇
1. Beautiful, well-groomed territory of the hotel. There are many flowers, greenery, lawns are regularly mowed, pine needles are removed.
2. The second plus follows from the first - a lot of greenery makes shade, so even in the hottest sun you will not be under the scorching sun.
3. The staff is quite responsive and courteous. There has never been a time when we were rudely answered or ignored in any way. I am writing this as a tourist who is not the first time in this hotel. If there were any questions, they came to meet us. The main thing here is not to be silent in a rag, and if something does not suit you, talk.
4. Most of the staff speaks Russian, there was no language barrier.
5. There are no questions about the service in the restaurant, the waiters worked quickly, there was no dirt anywhere, the dishes were cleaned quickly, there were no queues either.
6. There are no complaints about the quality and variety of food either. There was not a SINGLE case of poisoning either in the reviews or during the stay. Even from the ice they put in your cocktails. The fact that some tourists may have a banal intolerance to certain foods or very severe overeating (which, by the way, I witnessed) does NOT APPLY to poisoning. There was a lot of food, without much exoticism (although the hotel does not position itself as having an exotic menu), we did various themed dinners (an evening of Mexican/Turkish/Italian cuisine is something that happened only during our vacation. We rested, by the way, from 16.10 to 26.10. 2024).
7. Gentle entry into the sea, clean beach (there is a Blue flag). There are stones, but they are right under the pier and do not cause any inconvenience.
8. There are places on the beach (sun beds), there were no situations that there was nowhere to fall, we always found the sun beds we needed.
9. A separate bonus - if you are a regular guest at the hotel, then you will receive the appropriate buns (previously there were invitations to individual parties or something like that, they settled in the best rooms, now there are compliments in the room - fruits and wine).
Then we move on to the cons:
1. The most important thing is VERY OLD ROOMS. Ulusoy, it's true, 10 years without renovation is a red flag. You are a 5* hotel, after all.
2. Due to the old renovation, the following disadvantages also follow - mold appears endlessly, a terrible smell of sewage (originally, they moved into the room, where it was just that). In the rooms above the main restaurant there is a smell of food, strong noise from ventilation. In the evenings, you can hear the whole disco as if it were taking place in your room (I'm talking about very poor sound insulation). Huge cracks in the entrance doors (again, it's time to change, as well as double-glazed windows), the doors themselves are no longer in the best condition. I'm already silent about the furniture in the rooms.
3. Separately, I want to note that the disco is playing very loudly in the evenings (until 00:00). Even if you participate in the disco itself, the volume is such that you cannot hear what the person opposite is saying to you, even if you are already shouting.
4. Cleaning also has to be scolded - the room was not cleaned in the best way (poorly washed floor, that I washed it myself as a result, dirty to the point of horror). The bed linen was changed often, but sometimes not every day. The balcony in the room was not cleaned at all.
5. The refrigerator and air conditioner did not work.
In general, yes, the hotel is more budget-friendly than its neighbors, but objectively it is not a 5* level, it is a 4 with a minus. Although there were only pleasant impressions during the first visit, you were one of the few hotels where I wanted to return. On this trip, it became clear that the hotel seemed to relax and began to score on important points. Please do not do this, otherwise you risk losing regular guests. I ask you very much to correct these negative nuances.

Read an objective review for those who are planning a vacation with children and are used to this level 5*, as well as for those who do not want to sleep in a smoking room. A very old hotel. It is not stylized like old Turkey, this hotel is really old!
Minuses:
1. Smoking is everywhere 24/7!!! There are no rooms for non-smokers. We lived on the 2nd floor (3-storey buildings), the neighbors smoked from below, from above, from the side. You sleep in the smoking room all evening and all night!!! If you are traveling with a child or do not smoke cigarettes yourself, it will not be easy to endure this moment. This issue cannot be solved, the hotel staff does not have a solution! Closing the door to the balcony and sleeping under the old air conditioner, which makes terrible noise and blows incessantly, is unbearable. Moving to another room is not a solution to the problem, since there will be exactly the same neighbors in another room, no one can guarantee that the neighbors will not smoke! This is the biggest minus!!!!
2. Room cleaning is very bad. In fact, only beds are being abandoned. The stains on the floor have not been washed for 3 days. The cleaners start talking in full voice and making terrible noise at 9 a.m. It is unlikely that you will get enough sleep
3. Room - greetings from the 80s! Old furniture, mattresses are dirty and have an unpleasant smell.
4. Food for 3 out of 5. If you are not picky about food, then it will be fine, but very monotonous.
5. The gym is terrible. The work schedule is very inconvenient. If you go to the gym for a full workout, you skip lunch. The simulators are very old and broken.
Positive:
A clean sea is one plus. A really clean beach. The shore is pebbly and sandy.
The contingent of guests are pensioners (a lot) and families with children of different ages.
A child of 6-7 years old may be bored if you are not traveling with a company. There are very few activities for children of this age.

I watched enough of the video review and was afraid to go, because the hotel seemed tired, but from the first minutes I was pleasantly surprised-everything is green, the houses are cozy and do not look old, the rooms are clean and generally nice. The territory smells pleasantly of jasmine and pine trees, peaches sing, a paradise for the soul, for a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food is also delicious, there are many different dishes, try the coffee from the filter in the morning - I liked it. I recommend the hotel to visit, it really has its own atmosphere and soul
