A beautiful residential complex with a protected area, it has a fitness room, kindergarten, pharmacy, shop, beauty salon, and much more

It's nice, quiet, green, rich people live here. One of them has his own helicopter and yacht. Security guards, workers water the trees, clean the snow. If you have money, you can live here, or hire a worker for a penny to breathe the same air with the fat.
