This is the national pride of Istanbul. They prepare only one dish Iskander kebab according to the traditions of 1867 in three types of portions. It is quite possible for an adult to eat an average portion. It consists of pieces of flatbread, thin slices of beef on top, sliced tomatoes, herbs and yogurt. All this is poured with boiling butter. Delicious, satisfying, reasonable price. While in Istanbul, be sure to try it.
