The best Turkish cuisine restaurant in Istanbul. Not a tourist destination, but the choice of the Turks. Gorgeous lamb cutlets and kebabs. The owner of the place is the chef's brother, who (was a meme) peppered steaks from the elbow. Highly recommended!
