Parking is always busy. Of the 6-8 operators sitting, 2-3 are working, the rest are on the phones.
Consultants are smart if they know they can sell something. If there is any problem with the connection or the Internet, they replace the SIM card.

They do not solve router issues. You need to go to the subscriber department for routers. A small assortment of smartphones. Sometimes the electronic queue does not work.
They bought a room first for me, then for my husband! They came immediately with the words: "we need a room with good Internet for only 2 weeks while we are on vacation." Connected to the Asset, after 2 days I receive a message that all my traffic is used. The employee was asked, he could not answer anything. It's kind of unpleasant. But the phone was working, so everything is normal in this matter. I just wish the staff understood what the problem was and could explain it.
Long service time. There is an electronic queue, but constantly someone comes in out of turn, without a ticket, and the employees do not say anything to these people, they serve them too. We sat for more than half an hour Just to buy a room.

Once I came to get a SIM card, I ordered it earlier, stood in line for about 30 minutes, I was probably not in the best condition, I was very ill, it was obvious to me, but as soon as my turn came, the employee defiantly got up and went, saying that she had lunch, I understand that lunch this is sacred, but as far as I know, at least one operator should have been to replace her, in the end I had to order a SIM card delivery to my home, I would not have written a review, but you would have seen her expression, in Taldykorgan you often see such an expression on people, especially girls, some kind of dislike that Lee, I don't even know

I contacted the subscriber department to get information about the balance status (contract phone) . And I was given the wrong information. And when they contacted the call center, they explained everything clearly to me.
