Previously, there was the best connection in the country, for almost 20 years only Kcell recommended it to everyone, but last year it was some kind of horror, the tariff was HIT, and how much Internet there was at the beginning of the month, so much of it remained at the end, it just didn't work!, I got into the store a couple of times, because I couldn't download the Caspian for payment, in the rain and late in the evening I could not call a taxi, called technical support and I was offered to change the SIM card, like mine was outdated and therefore such problems, the SIM card is new - the problems remained old, I called again and the operator's response: "at your address, the equipment is overloaded and unfortunately no additional is planned (and I I live in the city center), we can offer you to switch to 3G, of course it's slow but stable!?"
And this is at a time when people are switching to 5G!!! I bought a Tele2 SIM card, great Internet, the connection has not failed me yet!

Here: you buy either an empty SIM card for 500 tenge, or for 2000 tenge, and these 2000 tenge fall into your account. And we didn't need that much, we had Internet in the hotel, and we only needed mobile Internet to navigate the city for three days. But you can't do that :) I had to take 10 unnecessary GB of Internet. In addition, we stood in line for 40 (!!!) minutes, this is nonsense. Awful. Work on it.

To the application I submitted, kcell replied that the Internet consumption is "correct" and that's it. They promised me that they would find out exactly which site I was on at that time and used up so many gigabytes. I was not provided with any information. They referred to some updates, auto-updates, etc. What kind of update can weigh so much, and even daily? The update takes place once a month, at least once every two weeks. But not every day. 45 gigabytes of Internet disappeared in 10 days. The company wrote me a standard "unsubscribe" and waved me off. Extremely unsatisfactory - that's how I assess the work of your company

Therefore, decide for yourself whether to use the services of an operator who uses fraudulent schemes.
