A short wait, all the issues were resolved promptly. My impressions are definitely positive. In my opinion, the service is organized at an excellent level. Taking into account the waiting time and other things, I planned a visit for 40 minutes - 1 hour, in the end everything was solved in 10 minutes - both the replacement of the SIM and the reissue of the number, at the same time they offered a more favorable tariff. Definitely 5 stars!
