Conclusion: the guests in this hotel simply do not care, they will not go anywhere and listen to music, this is additional earnings for the owners - endure the patience and pay the money. Well, I had enough apologies in this situation, which do not entail anything and I don't set foot here anymore - it's not 4 stars - it's worse than a hostel. I sincerely wish you to develop in the same spirit - this will lead your hotel business to excellent negative prosperity and I sincerely hope and wish every day fewer and fewer guests, and more dancers, and then it will be possible to do a disco on all 9 floors. I have stayed at the hotel many times. The location of the hotel is mediocre, but that's not the point of my review. I see changes from time to time, and unfortunately not for the better. The rooms are nice, but the bar is now empty. I always turn off the ventilation system (even in winter) and open the windows, because the room is stuffy and hot. And perhaps the most important change, or rather a negative trend, is breakfast, which is getting worse and worse. Therefore, I recommend coming to breakfast early, otherwise you will be disappointed.
The hotel is located in a good area, within walking distance of a lot of catering for different budgets. The room is spacious, comfortable chairs, a table. That's where the advantages end.
The plumbing is of average quality, everything is hanging out "on snot", the towel rack is almost pulled out of the wall and barely holds on. They didn't even put soap on during the cleaning. There is no kettle in the room. Breakfast is very poor, so on the second day there was not even a buffet at all, they offered to order "whatever you want" for breakfast.

The Kazzhol hotel, where we were settled in Astana, justifies its 4 stars, it had hearty and varied breakfasts, I liked the spa area with a swimming pool and steam rooms, the rooms are cozy, clean with air conditioning and Windows open))) there were slippers and "soap and soap" accessories in the rooms, there were no bathrobes. Tea and water in the restaurant on the ground floor can be drunk around the clock. Also, bottled water in the rooms was changed every day. The iron was one for several floors. The hotel is not located in the center, but fortunately a Yandex taxi works in Astana (by the way, money was debited from our Russian cards for trips, but they are not accepted in stores), there are places near the hotel where you can have a delicious meal and an exchanger, a bank is a 5-minute walk away.

In order. The room was located on the ninth floor (928). When we entered the room, the thermometer showed +36. It was not possible to stay indoors. It was +14 outside, it was impossible to touch the batteries in the room, they were very hot. A technician was sent to solve this problem, who could not do anything locally and turned off the heating on the entire floor. This action partially solved the problem and the temperature in the room dropped to +30)) with the windows and the front door open. With all this, the air conditioning system was not in working order. The consequence of drafts and stuffiness, unavailability affected the health of my family. Further, the plumbing in the room was in poor condition so much that it was impossible to flush the water after taking a bath. The valve was rusted and did not perform its function. The overflow valve on the bathroom, which is located on the vertical wall of the bathroom, generally drained water not into the sewer, but onto the floor under the bathtub. The stone support under the sink tilted when my three-year-old son leaned on it, it was scary!
In the end, we decided to leave this terrible place for another hotel. Without swearing, they explained to the hotel administrator about the disadvantages of the stay. To which we were offered an upgrade to the suite, but the mood was so spoiled that we wanted to leave this place as soon as possible. We asked for a refund for the days we had not lived, which was refused. Later, the hotel manager contacted us offering to come and collect the money, but we already left Astana at that moment.
We went on the 23.08.23 Yekaterinburg -Astana bus tour, stayed 2 nights in a hotel. I really liked the cleanliness, a large spacious room on the 7th floor. The ironing board and iron were on 5,6,8 floors.

Secondly, the concern was caused by the periodic absence of security or someone at the Reception desk at the entrance to the lobby and then the passage to the elevators, he entered the hotel several times and did not meet any of the staff. There was a need to leave money and documents in the room safe a couple of times, which caused concern and I could not leave the thought: "How are they there without me ...?" 😁

The pool is often cool, but quite medium-sized. They fenced one strip in the pool with an ordinary rope (they teach swimming there).

The Ferghana cuisine is terrible. And, most importantly, the price tag is not small. We ordered chebureks, pilaf, lagman, dumplings and French fries.
