A great hotel for its level! On the ground floor there is a swimming pool, sauna, infrared sauna, small gym. The restaurant serves delicious food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a buffet, the choice is good, high-quality. Don't count on a beautiful view from the lower floors - we lived on the 3rd and our window overlooked the end of Khrushchev - so-so view) But if you don't look out the window, then everything else is great!

Very comfortable rooms, cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were also changed! The room included a swimming pool, sauna, gym!!! And what breakfasts !!! We were full in the morning and then until the evening !

I lived in the nearby Comfort hotel for three years and always thought: Kazzhol is even higher in terms of service. I tried it and I can say that it is far from the best hotel in Almaty. The entrance courtyard. The ground floor is solid common areas. The Internet is not working well. The rooms are old. The sound insulation is poor. Bathroom equipment is poor. The breakfast is a mess and there is no free space. Although the reception area is beautiful, the breakfast itself is decent according to the set of dishes. An ambiguous impression. I don't want to come here anymore

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I really like it! Cleanliness, responsive staff. Convenient location, close to the metro station. The rooms have new Furniture (no old worn things). I recommend it!!!
