Komon guys, you didn't bring me here for free, I paid the money, and this schoolgirl at the airport must have clear information, or drive her to hell. A day before departure, there is zero information about when we take off at what time, whether we take off at all. Why should I look for this information??? Which you are obligated to provide unconditionally? Why should I run around and find out? There is no information about your flight in the online Hamad board, does it exist at all? The conclusion is that Qatar is a great country, you need and can fly there, BUT only independently or by another tour operator.

I found an offer from this Kazakh operator in the Tourvisor system, applied through a travel agent, filled out the data and received a refusal in the evening without explanation. I suspect they put up a non-existent TOUR. Well, if they play like this when entering the Russian market, then, as they say, "we don't need this kind of hockey." It is unpleasant that such companies exist in the travel services market at all. And please note - four negative reviews, out of 21 reviews, but with a rating of 4.9 points out of 5. Does this happen?
