It's terrible!!!! We could not resolve the issue with the hotel, we bought a room for 3 people, 2 adults and 1 child (15 years old) there should be a full-fledged place (bed) but we were told that there would be a cot. In general, my lawyer solved the issue. We will no longer buy from kaztur. And I do not advise others!

Kaz tour is great.We go on vacation with this tour operator.it is only difficult that the Caspian does not work with the bank
