The situation has already been repeated twice, the courier takes the parcel for delivery and does not call, does not deliver, while marking that the parcel has been HANDED to the recipient. The first time was attributed to a system error. I waited for more than 10 days, after which I just went by myself and found my parcel. Now history repeats itself. What right do they have to mark that the parcel has been delivered if it is not?!!! As a result, the parcel stops being tracked, I have to prove that I did not receive it. What kind of work is this?! If you can't work properly, don't work at all!!!
