The full address on the parcel is not read! I sent it from Almaty to Aktau, Karaganda region. They read the street on the parcel at the address and sent it to the old part of the city along the same street. And there the parcel lay for 5 days! Until I started looking for my package myself.
Now I'm on guard every day-I keep track of my sent parcels. 🤦🤦🤦
