I go to this email exclusively to an ATM and there is an eternal problem with an ATM!!!! Then he does not work, then there was a case the last time he started giving money, he counted, he counted, but he did not give money! I sat in line to the operator, found out that the money fell back into the account, but already minus 250 tenge! Just like there's nothing to do, I immediately take a queue to withdraw at the checkout and that in the end, as our queue began to approach, they tell us we don't give out a pension, the money is over! It was the most terrible visit! It would be better if the ATM did not work! The stairs are in terrible condition, I can't imagine how grandmothers go up and down them!!! It feels like they never clean and they have a huge layer of packed snow and ice on them, so they also fall apart from old age....It's shameful to be honest...

The staff can be rude sometimes, but it doesn't spoil the work. In general, it is good, clean, during the shipment. One newance; a small room for parcel recipients.
