Disgusting compartment, the parcel was not received, although it is written in the kazpost application that it was "handed over". It is unknown to whom it was awarded.
They came to the post office and said that our service was buggy, although where they ordered it, it also says that it was delivered. As a result, there is no parcel and the employees have no idea where it is. They lost it themselves, or even took it for themselves, and they also make customers guilty. It's not about money, it's about such a bestial attitude.
