My assessment is not for the employees, but for the organization as a whole. The terminal has not been working since last week. The cashier is unable to cope with the queue. Today I spent 2 hours in a queue of 10 people for parcels, half of which could not be found in the rubble. The main Post Office did an excellent job with the parcel supermarket alone, but for 2 weeks now people have been forced to collect parcels in different branches of the city. It's very inconvenient. Please take action.
