The Kostanay branch of Kazpost JSC is open on Saturday until 1:30 p.m. during Eid. The workers refused to accept the parcel, as they, you see, arrange for the mail to be sent. The hall is empty, if you say that there are a lot of people and they won't have time to serve everyone. And the only client. I told them the time and said I would complain. They told me: How can you complain during Eid? Is it necessary to snap and refuse your services during Eid? And if this is part of your job, and there are 25 minutes until the end of the working time, please work honestly and decently "during Eid."

The service and parcel delivery are wonderful!!! But THE PRICE IS... TERRIBLE. I won'T send any more packages. Return the previous prices and we will send more, and for such shipping prices there will be 0!!! Go bankrupt.

Inconvenient working hours. It completely coincides with the working hours of the majority of people. I couldn't buy stamps for three weeks, because there are no stamps at all in the main branch, and the mini-kiosk does not work on Saturday. In general, there is nowhere to get even special information, the main hall is like a branch of oriflames, ivons and faberlics, as well as banks for issuing loans. And somewhere modestly in the corner there is a table for sending parcels.
As for the parcel store, or whatever it is more precisely called, then there are complaints only about the opening hours: it's definitely not about the convenience of the recipients. And the service is good: questions will be answered, the parcel will be found.
