It's just awful. A cry from the soul! A very terrible department. It feels like the department has been allowed to "float freely". There are constant kilometer-long queues, staff are rude, computers are always not working, parcels can be searched for three days!. It is better to order at the post office and pay extra than to go here and waste your nerves and time!
