But when the Post Office goes out of order, until you complain to the hotline (1499), none of the employees will get up from their seats to help customers. Only after the complaint on the same day or the next, everything comes back to normal.
On the account of SMS notifications: this is not very good, or rather, messages about the receipt of parcels do not come at all. You have to track it through the KazPost application or through third-party applications.
The organization works great. Slowly but surely, convenience and service are improving. Well done! It has become easier and faster to receive a parcel from Alik or make a payment to the budget than a year or two ago.
