The first time was attributed to a system error. I waited for more than 10 days, after which I just went by myself and found my parcel. Now history repeats itself. What right do they have to mark that the parcel has been delivered if it is not?!!! As a result, the parcel stops being tracked, I have to prove that I did not receive it. What kind of work is this?! If you can't work properly, don't work at all!!!
