After the reorganization, the post office was moved to the 11a microdistrict. It's very inconvenient. Buses do not go there, it is very difficult for an elderly or sick person to get there, especially in winter on icy sidewalks and uncleaned roads. The work schedule is also inconvenient: it almost coincides with the opening hours of all offices. To use the services of the post office, you have to take time off from work. They work until lunch on Saturday. But, again, bad luck: the program froze and could not receive the parcel. There is no sign on the door and there is no post office schedule. The employees are young, energetic, and the two of them "walked away" from me with true enthusiasm. There are normal employees. It's a pity that there is only one post office nearby, there is no alternative. The room is modest, poor, not very clean.

The service is good, the parcels are given out quickly, I did not put 5 stars because once their computers did not work and the parcel could not be received before closing, and the second disadvantage: it is located far from the bus stop

Kazpost leaves much to be desired! Queues, everything is hanging as usual, there is never anything (consumables).
