It is very problematic to send or receive a parcel due to the fact that one person works, although there is a place for a second employee, but for some reason it is empty, because of this there are always huge queues here. Also, equipment often does not work, the program crashes, etc., and this makes the queue even bigger.
A huge request to the management: please put things in order!
