Когда я там бываю, людей, практически, нет. Тихо, спокойно. Единственное не понятно, в заказе указываю отделение в 7 микрорайоне, а приходит в сюда... Девочки не причём, это упущение сортировки, причём уже на постоянной основе. Крайне не удобно туда для меня, но отделение работает нормально, спокойно всё, без проблем.

В общем: я действительно был в данном отделении "KAZPOST", расположенного по адресу: г.Тараз, мкр."Жайлау"(3-й мкр.), дом 5"А". Собственно неплохое месторасположение отделения "Казпочты",
в среднем: неплохое качество обслуживания и предоставления соц. услуг жителям нашего города, со стороны сотрудников отделения почты прямых, а также определенных замечаний и претензий не имеются...
В среднем могу поставить балл чуть выше среднего- "4".

Писать плохой отзыв о потовом отделении, в котором я бываю в год пару раз считаю бессмысленным. Но когда я прихожу, всё нормально. Быстро находят посылку, сотрудницы делают всё согласно регламенту,как положено.

Нормальный персонал на мой взгляд, хотя многие жалуются. Хотелось бы обратить внимание на тяжелые условия их работы и низкие зарплаты. В первую очередь спросите себя а я бы стал работать здесь?
There is no service...how can you not get a queue in one window...although there are 3 of them! To receive parcels in the same queue with the community services! The electronic device is not working...you go several times to get to as few people as possible!
