I am from the city of Taraz, I am serviced at 7 mkr, I am sending a message. A big minus is a huge queue, especially recently scandals of dissatisfied customers. It takes only 1 operator to send it, and one operator issues it. There are 5 windows in total , only 2 of them are working , so why are they empty?Now the time is online, respectively, sending and receiving every day, there are many of us and one operator, and therefore people are asking to add jobs
The service itself is not bad, the operators are polite, they no longer pay attention to scandals, apparently they are tired

The girls have nothing to do with it, this is an omission of sorting, and already on a permanent basis. on average: good quality of service and provision of social services. there are no direct services to the residents of our city from the staff of the post office, as well as certain comments and complaints ...
On average, I can put a score slightly above the average - "4".

The queue is always huge, you need to spend half a day to receive a parcel. Previously, parcels were placed in the post-terminal, but now they are not. There are three cash desks, only one always works, and it serves everyone in a row, and communal services, and transfers, and mail. Each and every customer is served well for a sooo long time.
